I love that they have a range of options available -- casual - business - dressy. The customer service in this store is also excellent. The sales clerks are attentive and helpful. They have a rewards member program too that helps take a sting out of their prices because sometimes they are a little [lot] pricey. I am a WHBM fan.

Received an email stating my suit was ready to be picked up, so I booked an appointment with Jedd…read moreto: 1) confirm the fit of the suit after it had been tailor and 2) get Jedd's opinion on a tie to match the suit I had just spent over $1000 on. As soon as we start the conversation Jedd has this immediate disinterest in assisting me. When I asked him about what type of tie he would recommend with this suit or if I can wear the suit without a tie, his response is: "That decision should have been made months ago before even buying this suit." Okay...? I don't have a time machine to go back and do that and more importantly YOU ARE THE EXPERT, hence why I made an appointment with you to get your opinon. I brush it off and try on the suit. There is an issue with how the pants fit and when I bring this up to Jedd he replies condescendingly "Well when you make alterations to the pants that's what happens." Not only is this extremely poor customer service by Jedd/ poor people skills- he doesn't account for the fact that such consequences of alterations was never relayed to me. He doesn't try to make the situation any better on his own accord and at this point I am about through with dealing with him and his attitude. The cherry on top was when I asked him to set me up with an appointment for SUNDAY at 1pm (As I was busy on Saturday) with my original Suit Supply consultant (Cedric- who was amazing btw). And instead of scheduling me for Sunday, Jedd carelessly scheduled me for Saturday. A mistake of his I didn't catch until I got home and had to keep calling the store to fix as Cedric didnt even have any availability on Sunday. Thankfully Sunday morning, after my 4th phone call to the store, I was able to get the correct appointment. All in all this was an awful experience and probably my last with Suit Supply. If Suit Supply can't employ folks who have the smallest shred of understanding, empathy, communication than they will continue to lose more and more customers. I have had other folks comment the same about Jedd and his smug attitude, its a shame for a store who's customers deserve better

I have been on the hunt for a nice coat my husband will actually wear for years and spotted some online I wanted him to try on. It is clear how high the quality of their products is and we found many things we loved. You can even bring your dogs with you when you shop there!! We will definitely be back for more (don't let me buy too many jackets, Lyle!). Thank you for the great first time experience :)

12/3/19 One of the things I love about Champs Sporting Goods…read moreis the quality of the clothing. The clothing lasts a long time if you handle the clothing properly. One of my favorite styles of clothing is the Campus Sports Gear. Especially the cotton sweatpants cargo style. The cuff at the end of the pants are a plus too. I have gotten spoiled with these cuffs and have taken a disliking to the open legged pants. 12/3/19 The ankle cuffs add a protection from the cold air traveling up your legs. I have always enjoyed the feeling of soft cotton sweatpants than the feeling of hard jeans on my body. I now prefer to go out in public wearing sweatpants than wearing j.e.a.n.s.( auto correct kept changing my spelling of the word jean) Every year I look forwards to seeing what new styles will come out, because I will be sure to buy them. Champs Sporting Goods is great. I love the buy one get one free sales. Yes, the prices are normally full price for one item, but it is so worth getting a second item free. I shall return.

I am glad we did because the hunt officially ended here as the "dress" was found at this location. Unlike the location in Pentagon, they have more dressing rooms which is a huge plus!!!! So there is not an extensive wait for a room. The ladies here are sweethearts as they periodically checked in with us to see if we needed anything and assisted in getting a few dresses down.
