Steve and his wife are awesome! I always love to support local businesses, but it makes a huge difference when they also truly care about the customer and their needs. I already knew going into the purchase what I wanted, but Steve made sure to it the bike perfectly to my build. He was very friendly, gregarious, and knowledgeable. Conveniently located in downtown Leesburg-whether you're stopping off the trail or driving by, go support these guys!

I love Columbia Sportswear as a brand so so much. This store is located in Leesburg Mall in Northern Virginia about an hour from DC (which for me is not a bad drive). It is an outside strip mall so make sure you are prepared for the weather. There is plenty of parking and the parking is free. Columbia is easy to find and their store is the perfect size. It is not too big or overwhelming. When you first enter, the men's section is on the right and the women's section is on the left, shoes are in the back left corner, travel items are closest to the cash registers and the fitting rooms were all the way in the back. Staff members were present but not overwhelming, I like to be left alone when I shop so I love this. The fitting rooms were clean and I found someone to let me in very quickly. The newer items were neatly organized and offered plenty of sizes. There are two sale racks in the men's department and two in the women's. I found some great deals that I was very excited about. The cashiers worked quickly and efficiently. I believe that the store manager keeps a good clean store which only makes me love shopping here more! Good job!

Stopped by Under Armour with my son on a recent vacation shopping excursion. I figured outlet…read morestores were a scam, so I went to investigate first hand. It turns out that the prices in a lot of the stores were very reasonable. At Under Armour, the prices were pretty high because of the name brand. There was a rack with a bunch of athletic shirts on it that said $24.99. I looked at the original price on the tags and they said $49.99. Half off sounded like a good deal to me, so I told my son to grab a pair of shorts to go with the shirt, which he did. When we got to the register, the shorts rang up correctly at $14.99 and the shirt rang up as $49.99. I pointed out the rack that was labeled $24.99 and the cashier called his manager over to manually override the price, which he did without hesitation. There was a good selection of items, but they need to get their prices right.

When I called prior to visiting, the kind female employee said the store had 3 remaining. So, I requested to have 2 saved, so that I could purchase them. She confirmed my ask. When I dropped by the store an hour later, the 2 Headphones were indeed saved under my name! I waited in line and asked the young guy at the register that I had come to pick up the UA Headphones. He got them for me and I was able to pay for them using my Rewards discount as well. Was very happy with my purchase and customer service experience!!!

I can't even remember how I came across this shop, but so glad I did!…read more I originally messaged them (somehow...) on Google and they were quick to respond. I assumed it was chain-related, so they offered a free estimate and roughly $21 for the issue. Since it was a holiday week and I had access to a transport vehicle, I spontaneously headed out to the shop. I worked with Ben, who by the way was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He put the bike up and immediately found the issue. Typical procedure would be to order the parts ( if they don't have it in shop) and they keep the bike until it arrives and complete the install. However in this case Ben was able to offer a workaround so I can leave with the bike that day itself. I couldn't say no. I would say the whole process took roughly 30 to 40, minutes which included the explanation and the installation. There is a small waiting area, and I think they offer free water and coffee. But of course I had to stand there and watch him because I'm always curious! He definitely went above and beyond checked everything else to make sure it looked good. It was only $16 for the installation fee. I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs. Trek offers their own bikes available for purchase. They are a little pricey, but definitely reliable bikes for serious cyclist enthusiasts...one day, but not quite there yet. Parking was a bit tough, considering the time of day. But there is a parking garage available if parallel parking isn't available. They do have an automatic door, and if they see you with the bike can automatically open the single door for easy entrance.
