It was a small but urgent bathroom floor repair and if I liked the work I would have surely hired him to do my kitchen and patio at a later date. We've tried multiple times to contact him and ask him to make things right, but he keeps making excuses, claiming he was sold a poor product. He claims that he has to generate some money to remedy the problem, but we are still waiting. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and believed he was going to keep his word when he promised to make things right. I wish I could say he honored his word, but instead he ignores his customers and gives them lies and excuses. I would never recommend using this person or company. 7/19/24: Spoke to Jose, the business owner, stammering over his words, still making excuses, "I'm waiting for the concrete mix company to make it right" I explained to him that communication goes along way, and if he would just keep his customers informed of what is going on then we wouldn't feel like he was blowing us off. I asked him how long it would take to make this right, and he said he needs 1.5 month to make it right. When I informed him that I would consult with an attorney if he is not holding up to his word, he immediately becomes defensive and states that he will not do anything if he is being given threats. I reminded him that the concrete work did look great but is not holding up the way it should be. I also informed him that I would happily update the review once he makes it right. Honestly, I don't believe that he will make it right, and that is truly unfortunate. I will continue to advocate for this to be corrected, and I'm certain he will hear from my attorney very soon.

We thought we would have to replace the gutter down the whole side, but he took a look and said we just needed to put larger downspouts on and he suggested moving the second downspout away from a window well (Builder error). The next day Juan and Ramone came out and were super nice. They went above and beyond having to place a downspout while working around our bushes and even designed the downspout to have an angle to go over our large planter bed and head to where the water needed to flow. Great job. Colors of the downspout were a perfect match so no painting even needed! Totally recommend.

We called Colorado Seamless Gutters, they came out, they said they had a solution to fix it, then went COMPLETELY silent on us. NO FOLLOW-UP. Then we had them replace all of the windows and have had the sliding door replaced twice due to our pit bull jumping on it, scratching it and weakening it. Last Fall we wanted to add some faux brick to it, we called Doug again to complete the job. This week, Doug was out to replace siding on half of our house due to hail damage. In the middle of the job we talked about placing metal on all the eves of the house so we wouldnt have to paint anymore. Doug adapted his schedule to accommodate and now we are truly maintenance free. We wouldnt want anyone else working on our house. Whenever we have a problem or want to replace something, we call Doug and he comes right out to give us an estimate. On top of doing great work, all the staff are friendly. Our house looks amazing! I was very impressed with what has been one of the best handyman / home improvement experiences…read moreI've had during my fourteen years in Las Vegas, and some of the best customer service I've encountered anywhere. I needed to resurface two tub / showers in my 1956 apartment building. Jeff was prompt in generating his estimates, and reasonable in his bids. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. He coordinated and scheduled the jobs directly with the tenants, and showed up to perform the work on time. The first project was tiling the shower and replacing much of the plumbing that supplies it. Due to very uneven wall angles, an unleveled existing tub, and several other unanticipated hurdles, the job took Jeff far longer than he'd planned. Yet he did a very professional job of it, never complained, or hinted at increasing the cost of the job due to these surprises and extra work. The tenants were as pleased as I was with their new shower, the quality of Jeff's work, and their entire experience during the upgrade. The second project was installing a fiberglass surround in another apartment. In this case, the materials that I'd purchased were not compatible with my old steel tub. This required a parts run to Lowe's to buy a new surround, and since he didn't have my receipt, a second trip back to Lowe's to meet me there and return the original surround. Of course none of this extra work or time were anticipated when Jeff bid the job, but to my surprise (and to Jeff's credit), he refused my offer to increase the payment for this job due to my error. What's more, since the new surround materials cost less than the original materials he'd planned, Jeff reduced the materials portion of his quote to reflect the difference. It's quite rare these days to find a handyman who merely honors his promises - much less one who does the professional work, and goes to the extraordinary lengths that Jeff Herrera has. He's now certainly at the top of my Rolodex.
