When I asked if this was the butcher block that Vern's provided, I was told it was. When the countertop arrived, the cabinet maker offered to pick it up, stain, seal, and install it. When it was brought to the house, the countertop was not a John Boos, it was warped, and it was not kiln-dried. We were taken. Shameful.

They even managed to make one counter turn a big corner all in a single beautiful, streaky piece. The only hiccup on installation day was when WE forgot (they had told us twice) that we needed to have a plumber on hand to install the new sinks and faucets. We couldn't be more pleased with the company's helpfulness, professionalism and creativity. We will be visiting them at their new location (only 15 minutes away from the Main Street address) to look for another lovely slab of stone for a bathroom counter.

Our flagstone walkway was peeling in areas creating trip hazards and needed to be replaced. We…read morewere very particular in what we wanted installed.... no more flagstone! But we also didn't want simple stamped concrete either. We called Colorado Custom Concrete and Masonry and Ron came out the same day. He had great ideas about what we could have installed that would keep the classy look we had. He laid concrete but then carved what look like mortar joints into it which gave it a flagstone look. He also carved into the vertical concrete (stair risers and sides of the upper stair landing) and stained to match the natural stone of our house. It turned out great! Better than I expected. They were here when they said they'd be here, did great work and cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend!

A year after we had Ronnie and his crew install our patio, we had him come out and apply another…read morecoat of ClearCoat. He tried once during the day one day and wasn't satisfied how it was going on, so he removed it and came out very early in the morning another day so that the ClearCoat wouldn't bubble up during the heat of the day.
