He made me feel comfortable with the treatment process, expected outcome of treatment, and especially leaving him in my house. It is not easy to leave a stranger in your home, that was a non-issue in this instance. Although the service was on the expensive side, I felt the value of service was well worth it. I found that odd since I supplemented their traps with my own cheap Chinese traps. My cheap traps were catching loads of moths. When I confronted them about this, they acknowledged that they had been using the wrong traps. They offered to give me 1 free month. I told them that I didn't think it was fair to have paid so much for their service when it did nothing and requested instead to get a full credit of all my payments towards future service since they didn't actually do anything on their previous visits. They stopped returning my calls since then. I've been leaving messages with Chris and he promised to call back on multiple occasions but has not. The image I'm attaching is of a cheap chinese trap I got on aliexpress. I have a few of these up and they did catch moths so clearly I have a moth problem. I even showed them that their trap was inches away from this one and did not catch anything.

When Greg arrived, he asked if he could walk the property because he was more concerned with how the crickets were getting in the house in the first place. Greg found an old unused dryer vent. He told me how to seal it up and prevent just about anything from entering. Greg treated the outside and inside of my home. To my amazement, no more crickets and it's only been about 24 hours since Greg was here. I'm also going to take advantage of their quarterly service. Friendly, approachable, confident and reassuring - he was exactly what we needed to get through the nerve-wracking situation that is bedbugs. It was by far the best customer service experience we've ever had. From the moment I frantically called Pronto about our pest problem, not even sure if bedbugs were to blame, my husband and I felt taken care of. Not one but two trained beagles came to our home with a handler the following day. Having multiple dogs on hand to provide a second opinion was thoroughly professional I thought, leaving no question as to whether we'd treat the situation seriously. Bedbugs are "impossible to get rid of," according to the internet. But ours were gone after just five treatments with Steve checking in on us a week after each spray until the bites stopped. While it took a few months for our home to eventually pass the sniff test (pun intended), we were able to relax during the extermination process because Steve made us feel at ease with the situation. We didn't have a chimney cap on, and come to find out, raccoons love to have their babies in there. Ignorantly I thought the little critter was stuck in there, so I called several places trying to get someone to get her out same day. Every place I called was met with surly guys who did not have time for it. I understand being booked up, but to be rude is unnecessary. "It's just a wild animal, ma'am, doesn't matter if it dies." Really? Finally I got ahold of a pest control place that didn't do this kind of removal and referred me to All Seasons. The moment Jessica answered I felt better about the situation haha. She explained that the raccoon was likely not stuck, and nesting. And that they don't usually set up traps on Friday, however she'd call her guys and see what can be done. Tim called me back not long after. He was such a kind person and we shared a few laughs on the phone. He explained the entire process and cost of each up front. They humanely trap the animal should the first step pheromone not work. Noah, the pest control specialist who came out, was so kind and thorough! He sprayed the pheromone and came out the next day on his Saturday to make sure the raccoon was gone. ON TOP of that, he installed my chimney cap for me, and explained why we continually get carpenter bees in the spring. I will be reaching out to All Seasons for ANY pest control we may need in the future- including the frickin carpenter bees. This company doesn't know anything about roach extermination. They set up a few traps that will…read morecatch a few roaches that happen to walk through it but will NOT exterminate. In the meantime, the rest of the roach colony will happily reproduce. This does not eliminate an entire infestation or the nest. The gap in the front door is conveniently overlooked, which is how the roaches travel between the condo units. Besides, I was charged for the work that was never done. Carpet extraction? All the work was done in the kitchen only that has no carpet whatsoever. Possibly a standard charge that they bill everyone for no matter what. I found out after the fact, when the condo association billed me. So All Seasons will keep coming back and send more bills. The extermination is not happening. It's all about $$.

I called and talked with Bruce and had to argue and yell at him to get him to email me the prep sheets to get the condo ready for a heat treatment to kill bed bugs. Several times he said "I don't think the prep sheets will help" and "I don't do prep work". I managed to argue him into emailing the prep sheets which I then sent to the vendor cleaning out the condo. Bruce has quite the ego on him, and wanted to be at the condo telling the cleaning crew what they needed to do. Conversation #2: I called Rose Pest and again got Bruce. He must have recognized me based on my mother's address. He told me we could have a nice conversation or he would hang up on me if I was going to yell at him. Well, he was/is the one being fing unprofessional. So in this conversation, his ego again thought he should be at the condo telling the cleaning crew what to do. I told him his company could go out there in 5 or 6 days to look at the condo to see if it was ready for a heat treatment. He doesn't want to talk to my elderly mother. "I'm going to tell her, and then she tells someone else?" "Yes, her children, we talk to her. You can write it down on a piece of paper. She'll have the prep sheets and you can go over them with her." Bottom line, he is still focused on the hoard he saw and that it will never be removed for him to go in with large heat machines and fans to do a treatment. He finally said "Why are you so focused on the prep sheets?" I told him "I had to argue and yell at you to get the prep sheets. That was not good, not good." Then he says: "In a normal living situation they would be relevant." So if I say that in 5 days it should be a normal living situation, his ego doesn't hear it? How unprofessional! Reluctant to share prep sheets with a client! To repeatedly say "I don't do prep work" then in 2nd conversation, say "Oh I do prep work. If more prep work needs to be done I can do a quote". OMG! Fing amazing! So I tell him if more prep work needs to be done, he can give my mother a quote. Clean your home like you're moving out before hiring this company for a heat treatment.
