Cjb pest & mosquito control was hired to trap the groundhog in the picture…read more After a month a few wild animals were trapped and the one I called about is still running wild but not because the trapper(CJB) wasn't responsive with monitoring and keeping fresh bait in the trap. I was a bit worried because it was obvious the crickets were in the house. Greg told me he'd be there the next day between 9-10am and that he'd call first. Greg followed through on this. When Greg arrived, he asked if he could walk the property because he was more concerned with how the crickets were getting in the house in the first place. Greg found an old unused dryer vent. He told me how to seal it up and prevent just about anything from entering. Greg treated the outside and inside of my home. To my amazement, no more crickets and it's only been about 24 hours since Greg was here. I'm also going to take advantage of their quarterly service. Great prices, great service and knowledgeable employees. I can't recommend this company enough! My only worry is that the secret is our and it will be tough to get Greg over (if needed) because he will be so busy.

Our condo association wants to use Rose to eradicate a rodent issue in my unit. The rodent is in…read morethe ceiling of my unit and is active only when it's very cold outside. Rose wants to set a trap now (in July) and come back and check it twice, which to me makes no sense. Also, it's very unclear if sealing up the rodent entry point is included in Rose's proposal. Rose's manager was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to get clarification from him. He just kept berating me and said he was going to close out the work order and tell the condo association that I refused to have the work done, all because I wanted to know what the work entailed. I don't want our condo association and co-owners to waste money. Based on the other review (by Stephanie D.) about the squirrel in the ceiling, I think I dodged a bullet.
