They gave me a window initially, but Paige texted me the night before letting me know she would be here around 10, which gate me a great indicator of when to expect them. She arrived right on time the next time, too! She was super thorough, walked through and examined all areas of our basement + main floor where I was seeing the ants. Paige was super friendly and informative, and fast! The inside took maybe 15 minutes, and she went outside to finish the job. She sprayed everywhere and saturated all areas to prevent future bugs. We were concerned about the chemicals with our pest and she informed us of all safety precautions. Within a half hour, she was done! Super nice, awesome service. Will definitely tell others about Rose + request Paige again in the future!

Our condo association wants to use Rose to eradicate a rodent issue in my unit. The rodent is in…read morethe ceiling of my unit and is active only when it's very cold outside. Rose wants to set a trap now (in July) and come back and check it twice, which to me makes no sense. Also, it's very unclear if sealing up the rodent entry point is included in Rose's proposal. Rose's manager was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to get clarification from him. He just kept berating me and said he was going to close out the work order and tell the condo association that I refused to have the work done, all because I wanted to know what the work entailed. I don't want our condo association and co-owners to waste money. Based on the other review (by Stephanie D.) about the squirrel in the ceiling, I think I dodged a bullet.
