The second we met Barry, and his assistant Mo, we knew they meant BUSINESS! Not only did they set traps at each entry point, but they also removed squirrels within our home! They came out almost everyday for a week, and they made sure those squirrels were not going to be able to get back in. Most places just put up chicken wire, which is like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound, but not Barry! He actually CEMENTED and patched each hole/entry point to make sure they wouldn't just chew their way back in. I absolutely 100% recommend Barry to anyone having issues with unwanted critters. I called the 24 hour phone number on Friday, July 8th and at about 8:30P, and spoke to whom I believe was the company's owner, who was personable, and understand the need and urgency of my situation. I had a wasp nest, about the size of a very large eggplant under the overhang of my roof, and over a portion of my BBQ patio. I was expecting guests on the following day. And I happen to be highly allergic to bee and wasp venom. It causes me to go into shock and stop breathing. The gentleman was honest with me and told me that getting someone to me early enough in the morning to remove the nest, was a bit of a stretch. He suggested that I try one of his competitors right at 8AM the following morning, and if they could not provide service, call him back. I took his suggestion, and as it turned out, his competitor could not provide service. I called him back at 8:15AM on Saturday, July 9th, and he told me he would have someone contact me in 5 minutes time. His associate called me back 2 minutes after I hung up the phone, took the needed information and promised to be at my home by 9AM. He arrived at 8:50AM, was very personable, and got right to work. He had the nest down within 10 minutes, and also provided additional treatment to the whole area to discourage wasps returning to the nest, so that my guests and I could enjoy our day without being bothered. The price for this emergency service, was absolutely reasonable, and well worth every dime of the modest price charged!! EXCELLENT VALUE AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I could not be more pleased.
