He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. The place is clean and kept up well Every time I've come in I'm always seeing Fatima and Arisa cleaning (Arisa is no longer working there) but it seem every time I've had a problem or question "Fatima" came to the rescue!
