She was very knowledgeable with all the resorts in the area and knew the best deals, how to get them, when to book, and was even able to help us negotiate a better price for us in a few instances. She coordinated with about 100 of our guests to book their flights, and rooms, along with all other travel accommodations - not an easy task to accomplish. We were impressed with her responsiveness and how hard she worked to follow up for us and our guests, when we were too busy to do so ourselves. This was a huge relief given how busy and stressful wedding planning can be. We would strongly recommend her and look forward to working with her on our future vacations! 10 stars!

I couldn't believe how comprehensive the itinerary was. She gives you a grid / calendar that you can pore over leading up to the actual trip, with all sorts of notes and activity ideas. She was always ready to make adjustments. Funny, I shared the grid with my mom...She told me she followed along with each day what I was up to and felt comforted that I was safe because she knew what I was doing and where I was. Ok, maybe I'm sharing too much. Anyway, Tiffany planned the best trip I've ever taken.

She sent us the most detailed itinerary I have ever seen. It was a spreadsheet for each day of our trip that included (all in one place) our flights, hotels, trains, transportation to the hotels/airports and contact information for each one of those things. We had one mishap in Prague where the driver only waited for 45 minutes after our plane landed but it took us over an hour to get through customs so he left. Tip She's already busy planning our next vacation because I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

Some of the staff's own friends were on the trip, and they were clearly given preferential treatment. Whenever we asked questions about this, the staff responded aggressively. Passengers were left waiting and wandering around for hours due to the lack of organization. Based on my experience, I do not recommend traveling with this agency.

Our train tickets were rebooked for us and we didn't have to lift a finger to get it sorted out. No need to keep up with the progress of which trains might be cancelled, no need to correspond with the train station. Jenny's supplier took care of all of that for us while we enjoyed our trip. One of the most valuable perks of booking with Jenny was being put in touch with a "travel angel" via her supplier. Our travel angel was available to text for whatever needs we had. I contacted our travel angel for restaurant suggestions, laundromat searches, and assistance when we couldn't find our private driver. But the biggest event was when our baby had a bad night and we thought we might need to take her to the hospital. Thankfully, a trip to the hospital was unnecessary, but in a situation like that, I drew comfort in knowing that I had someone to contact for help, and that reassurance was priceless.
