Dirty non running jacuzzi.
Wayne Z.

Unfortunately I had to stay here because the Ramada hotel was sold out. The toilet was very dirty. The carpets and not clean and I recommend staying on socks at the very least. The pool and Jacuzzi was closed and filthy. If you are staying on the second floor don't mind all the cracks in the cement walkway. The Internet didn't work properly. There was a fire alarm that was dangling from the roof. Room 206 the door was very hard to open. On a positive note they have good and nice hot water to shower.

I was a little nervous since I booked this motel from Priceline.com as a "name your price offer" or the "who know what place" offer....CHEAP PRICE and took the gamble...it was a very decent room. It was clean and comfortable. Met my expectations and then some. Breakfast was choices of hard boiled eggs, pastry, cereal, waffles, juice, coffe, toast. Very clean dining area and lobby. Best part was 12:00 noon check out. The staff that we seen were all very friendly. I would book her again.

A "very OK" stay…read more Pros... The price. With the military/veterans discount, I paid less than $75 for the night. The room. The room was very clean, there was a nice size TV with dish Network, and a fantastic picture, the bathroom was also very clean. There is fridge and a microwave, there is also a small coffee pot that will make coffee or hot water one cup at a time. Another positive is the area, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and this motel is very close to interstate 5. also, they do offer a small bagged breakfast. I got a mini yogurt, a mini muffin, a granola bar...... Aaaaand a pepperoni pizza hot pocket. (for breakfast???). 2 big Cons... The bed. The bed was very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. I know it's a matter of personal taste, and I can do a firm mattress up to a point, but this one was way too firm for me. I didn't sleep very well. The biggest con of all? The Internet. The Wi-Fi was horrible. It wasn't even fast enough to surf the web, let alone watch videos. I was getting speeds on the motel Wi-Fi of less than one meg per second. . I called the motel operator, and she said she would reboot the system, But it did not help at all. And it wasn't because I was too far away from the office, my room was right next-door to the office. Definitely uncool. I tried using my phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot, but the motel appears to be in a cellular "hole", because I finally had enough speed to at least surf the web, but every time I tried to watch a video, it would buffer like crazy. I've had better Internet at little mom and pop motels in town. While the motel was OK, I would not stay here again just because of the bed and the Internet issue. Sorry.

I checked into the SureStay motel in Williams, Ca. I walked in the room and noted the window blinds…read morewere partially hanging off the rail. The tub in the bathroom was chipped in several places. It was hot outside so I walked over to the pool. I noticed black spots on the bottom and boot foot prints on the steps. The pool walls were also spotty. I tried to rub them off and couldn't. What I did notice was there was algae on the walls. That did rub off. The pool skimmer wasn't working because floating things in front of it weren't being sucked in. I promptly got out. There was trash and dirt debris within the pool fence. I noted a dead bird in the in closure too. Some left an old BBQ just outside a room. There was also a discarded stove stuffed under a stairwell. This motel is owned by Best Western which is usually first class. I think I will go shower now before I turn into swamp thing.

This is a simple "roadside motel" that sits along old Highway 99. For as many years that it's…read morebeen here, it's an excellent shape. I got a room for right about 60 bucks out the door. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly. The room was fantastic. Absolutely clean, yes, the carpet is old, but it's clean. The bathroom is spotless, the TV has a great picture with Dish Network. The Wi-Fi was plenty fast and able to stream video , the bed was a little bit firm for my personal taste, but I still got a great night sleep. There's a fridge and a microwave, and the heater keeps you more than warm. If you need a little bit more, they also provide a comforter. The room is well lit, and I had plenty of places to charge my gear. The bed only provided three pillows, and so if there's two of you, you may have to ask the office for another. The motel also has a coin washer and dryer. There was no breakfast, but I didn't expect there to be. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Located off the I-5 in Williams, CA. $20 Pet Fee…read more These roadside motels are great for when you're driving and you're tired, need to stop and get a room. That's what they're there for! I wasn't expecting much. The room was under $100 and I didn't know that price point existed anymore. Pulled in to where the check-in window was. We got Room 7. Parked in front of Room 7. The room had a bed, table with two chairs, small fridge.. i want to say microwave above the fridge but i don't remember. The bathroom had a bottle opener fixed to the wall. Small packaged bar of soap and a packet of shampoo/conditioner was also in the bathroom. I was fine with the place. My boyfriend hated it, hated the mildew smell, hated the whole town of Williams. I feel like he was in a bad mood. If I paid more, I would understand but price, location.. my expectation adjusted to match that. Good price and I wasn't afraid to be there.. Afraid if I was alone but two of us and a dog = okay.

I enjoyed this Holiday Inn, I initially thought it was going to be terrible based upon the reviews,…read morebut it was nice. Came from Southern California for a graduation. The staff were friendly, especially Julie, the young lady who checked us in. There were problems with our TV she actually came to our room to fix It, she was not able to correct it at that moment and offered us points, although we were not completely satisfied, she had the best attitude which made it truly hard to be upset. Remember attitude is everything. We were on the first floor, no view, just a bunch of trucks but we did not expect much. The beds were super comfortable, pillows were comfortable, we had to get a few extra wash cloths but that was ok as well.. We went out and came back during the lunch hour and there were chocolate chip cookies available, like we really needed them, but it was nice. The breakfast was good, just enough to help us get back on the road to Southern California, thank you Julie for the extra attention.

Check in and check out were very quick. The staff were very friendly and helped us find some plates for our dinner. There are lots of take out places next door and within walking distance, including Starbucks, Subway and Taco Bell. It wasn't my first time staying here, and it won't be my last!
