This was the least expensive hotel in the area. I actually went down a dirt road to get here. It's old it's low budget and I could use a little cosmetic help. The bathroom is decent that's why I got three stars. The room and the bed are fair. There's no clock and no coffee in the room. So far it's quiet so it's a good night stay for me.

    1/20+ mosquitos I killed

If I could I'd rate this place 1 star. Checked in this morning at 3am after driving 10hrs hoping to get some sleep. My room is a mosquito nest. I killed over 15 mosquitos in a 2hr period. Not exaggerating. My kids and I have countless bites. At this point, I doubt any of us will get sleep. Oh and to top it off, my bed sheets have blood stains. I knew the beds were going to be shit, but I didn't think they would be bloody. But with it being mosquito infested, I guess that makes sense. Skip this motel and drive 30 min to the next city. Hopefully there at least you'll get some sleep.

The worker was really nice, gave me my military discount...even though it was a hassle. What i didnt appreciate was the piss stains on the toilet that they didnt clean. Why was the bathroom so crappy; pun intended

    Hair on sheets

They don't change the sheets which is foul and should be a health concern. Found a nice hairball in my bed. Toilet wouldn't flush. Ask for extra blankets don't use the sheets.

    Bathroom of accessible room.

Clean, safe, inexpensive room neat I-5. Pleased that this bare basics room cam with a small fridge & microwave oven (only one other M6 I've been to had those). It was an accessible room, which made the room way easier to use than a regular room at M6. The only complaint I have about this room was there were zero electrical outlets on the wall with bed's headboard, except under the bed. I had to pull bed out to plug in my medical device. It would have been easy to have an outlet as part of the light switch for desk lamp.

This place has been remodeled for sure! It is the best motel 6 I have ever been in. Clean, new, with a microwave, and fridge(after waiting for my apartment all week I found this is a bonus at a motel 6). I am a realist(iv seen the best hotels and the worst in my sort 29 years). You get what you pay for and for Motel 6 this is the best it gets.

Infested with cockroaches and cats! Wouldn't stay there if my life depended on it. Refunded and left. Can't believe they are rented rooms at this infested establishment.

The town of Williams may be small, but it has several solid restaurant options along with fast food and pizza spots--and even DoorDash delivers right to the hotel, which is a nice bonus after a long day of driving. The hotel itself has been fully renovated, and it really shows. You can tell the ownership genuinely cares about both the property and their guests. Everything feels clean, updated, and well maintained. Amenities are excellent for a stopover or short stay. There's a swimming pool, a grill for cooking, and even a small gym. Parking is plentiful, and most of the time you can park right outside your room, which is great if you're traveling with a car full of belongings or just want peace of mind. In the morning, they offer a basic continental breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, danishes, and yogurt. There's no indoor dining area, but you can easily take it back to your room or enjoy it by the pool. The rooms are well stocked with soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and a shower cap, and I really appreciated the extra space heater in addition to the standard AC/heater wall unit--such a thoughtful touch. The internet is free and good signal. Pro tip: Book directly through the hotel's website. It's cheaper than Booking.com or Hotels.com (I saved $8), and the price difference more than makes up for any points you might earn elsewhere. It's also cheaper than walking in to book, and they do fill up quickly--when we checked in, only a couple of rooms were left. I've been very happy with both of my stays and will absolutely continue stopping here on future trips. Highly recommended!

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly. The room was fantastic. Absolutely clean, yes, the carpet is old, but it's clean. The bathroom is spotless, the TV has a great picture with Dish Network. The Wi-Fi was plenty fast and able to stream video , the bed was a little bit firm for my personal taste, but I still got a great night sleep. There's a fridge and a microwave, and the heater keeps you more than warm. If you need a little bit more, they also provide a comforter. The room is well lit, and I had plenty of places to charge my gear. The bed only provided three pillows, and so if there's two of you, you may have to ask the office for another. The motel also has a coin washer and dryer. There was no breakfast, but I didn't expect there to be. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The bathroom had some hairs on the floor and the toilet paper was really thin. It is in an old neighborhood and the roads need to be desperately repaired! We had an issue with noise some young guys were loud outside from 8- pm to 11 pm then went in the room and were jumping off the beds. We were traveling from Seattle to So California. We were extremely tired from our 13 hour drive. There is a McDonald near by the micro wave worked but the mini fridge was not turned on. Front desk lady was very nice. Parking is tight! They have a pool but didn't look too inviting. It has a hoist to lift disabled people in and out of the water it's a chair and a hoist beside it. The Ac worked really well was not loud and the ceiling fans too. It was 82 degrees when we arrived so Ac was nice. It took about 15 minutes to cool the room down. The motel is kinda far off the freeway in a small town . We stopped at Walmart in Willows for snacks . It is located in a neighborhood with a motel 6 and super 8 and houses beware of dogs and kids running in the streets!

My mother in law loves Colusa Casino as it's super close to her home, so when we go it's usually with her. Colusa is a clean casino. Nothing spectacular like made to order omelettes or waffles and pancakes. But there are servers handing out potatoes, French toast, bacon, sausage, eggs and even chilaquiles (which was my favorite). Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and said we'd definitely do it again. We often come here for the birthday bingo. The crowd is usually large for it. There aren't many hotel options in Oroville, and this is definitely one of the two nicer choices in town (along with the Holiday Inn). That said, I do think the typical rate of about $135-$150 per night feels a bit high for what you get. However, staying in Oroville itself can be very convenient depending on why you're visiting, so sometimes the location justifies the price. One big plus is that the hotel feels safe. The rooms are interior-entry only, and you need your room key to access the building. When I arrived, the front desk staff buzzed me in. The staff throughout my stay were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The property itself is very clean and well maintained. The rooms, corridors, parking lot, and hotel grounds were all in excellent shape. There is some overgrown land next to the property where you may see a few homeless individuals nearby, but they kept to themselves and did not bother anyone during my stay. There are several food options within walking distance if you're comfortable walking across parking lots and nearby roads. Right in front of the hotel are Panda Express and Starbucks, with Sonic just beyond that. Across the main road there's also a McDonald's, an ARCO AMPM gas station and mini-market, a Maverik travel stop, and Dutch Bros Coffee. One small tip: the driveway entrance to the hotel is easy to miss because the sign is very small and the turn comes up quickly, so keep an eye out when approaching. Parking is plentiful, but there is a $5 parking fee per vehicle, which felt unnecessary given the size of the lot and the room price. The complimentary breakfast from 6-10 AM was convenient and appreciated. During my stay they offered eggs (plain and cheese omelets), sausage, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, fruit, and pastries. Coffee and hot water were also available in the lobby at all times, which was very nice. My main downside was the mattress in my room, which had a noticeable lump in the middle and sloped slightly on one side. The TV remote was also a bit confusing to use at first because the volume and channel controls are narrow bars rather than traditional +/- buttons. This next thing is really no fault of the hotel, but it does seem that there are a lot of contracted personnel (state or county?) who arrived later in the day after I got there. I know from past experience, sometimes different county or states or companies will contract with a certain hotel company to house their employees when they are on a job site. It seemed every single one of them had a large white work truck parked in the lot. Of course, these trucks take up a lot of room and barely fit into the parking spot - which then encroaches onto your parking spot so it doesn't leave a lot of room to get in and out of. I know it's not the hotel's fault where these people park, but I really wish that there is a way to make sure that all these trucks park in the back away from the main lot. So just fair warning if you're somebody that plans to use their car in the evening; you might have a hard time getting into the car if these workers happen to stay during your stay. Overall, this is a clean, safe, convenient hotel with very friendly staff and easy access to nearby food. If you specifically need to stay in Oroville, it's a solid choice. If rates are high and you don't mind driving a bit farther, you may find better value in nearby Chico, Marysville, or Yuba City.
