This is free, you only need to provide your detergent and fabric softeners. I am able to relax away from home. The staff here are always friendly and they make me feel welcome. No breakfast was included because it's an extended stay property though the room has a range with pots and pans. We used it to heat up hot water for tea. Remington was fantastic at getting those rooms reserved. It took a while but he got those rooms reserved without hesitation. The housekeeper on the 3rd floor is an absolute sweetheart. She remembered us from our first visit. She was right on top of our every need. The desk clerk who worked on the night of Sept 17, wish I had gotten her name, was super sweet. We brought our 4 grandkids, ages 5 to 11 down to the breakfast area to eat pizza. When we finished, I asked her for something to wipe the table with. Her response was, "OH dont worry about that. I'll do it." Our only complaints were the elevator had issues when we arrived, the pool wasnt looking all that great, and the TV didn't work part of the time we were there. Oh and I forgot to mention, the breakfast attendant was very helpful and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfasts. Cost-wise and easy access to Ft. Leonard Wood, restaurants, and shopping were a big plus as well.

They all have a Keurig coffee machine in the room. This location did not have one. I don't mind paying a higher price since I enjoyed the convenience of coffee in the room. I spent most of my time in their little fitness center. It was perfect. All the equipment was clean and the gym all around was well maintained. In fact, the whole hotel was well maintained! They had a great little buffet breakfast in the morning. Fresh bananas, coffee, muffins and bagels. It was delicious. They also had fresh eggs. Overall great stay. There is a nice large seating area in the lobby where you can sit and hang out. They have breakfast in the AM-- although it's just ok. Our room was very nice and very clean. My only complaint is that it had a strong grapefruit scent. Not sure if it's a cleaner or an air freshener hiding somewhere but I am very sensitive to smells and get migraines from strong smells. We had a nice desk, fridge and microwave in our room. My husband had some work to do so it was a nice set up for him. I will say we were on the first floor at the end of the hall. It was super noisy and the floor above us creaked super loud so we heard every step the people above us took in the middle of the night. Other than that everyone was super friendly (minus the guy at check in). Very clean. It was definitely a great spot to stay at.

After…read moretraveling to St. Robert by way of St. Louis Lambert International Airport, I wanted more affordable places to stay where I'm not breaking the bank. I found Best Inn and I will say, the sleeping arrangements exceed the expectations of the price. I spent less than $200 for a two-night stay. The rooms were amazingly clean, and for the price that I paid. Probably got to steal with the price; however, there were some issues. The advertisements online show that some of the amenities were a microwave in the room and breakfast as part of the package had no additional cost. When I got in my room, the microwave was missing. I called down to the front desk to inquire about this discrepancy. They were oblivious to this and assured me they would have a microwave by the next morning, but that did not happen throughout my time there. The breakfast was limited: three options of cold cereals, a waffle maker, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. No protein! So....really not much of a breakfast. It's more of a complementarysnack bar, so be conscious of that. But overall, I think that the price for these rooms is undervalued, and I will definitely stay here again in my short visits to St. Robert in the future.
