They have a lending closet to borrow items like air fryers, blenders and books and games. Another plus is that they have washers and dryers available to wash your clothes during your stay. This is free, you only need to provide your detergent and fabric softeners. I am able to relax away from home. The staff here are always friendly and they make me feel welcome. Short distance from Ft Leonard Wood. Clean and comfortable and convenient. If you enjoy space and preparing your meals, this is the place. A home away from home.

Remington was fantastic at getting those rooms reserved. It took a while but he got those rooms reserved without hesitation. The housekeeper on the 3rd floor is an absolute sweetheart. She remembered us from our first visit. She was right on top of our every need. The desk clerk who worked on the night of Sept 17, wish I had gotten her name, was super sweet. We brought our 4 grandkids, ages 5 to 11 down to the breakfast area to eat pizza. When we finished, I asked her for something to wipe the table with. Her response was, "OH dont worry about that. I'll do it." Our only complaints were the elevator had issues when we arrived, the pool wasnt looking all that great, and the TV didn't work part of the time we were there. Oh and I forgot to mention, the breakfast attendant was very helpful and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfasts. Cost-wise and easy access to Ft. They all have a Keurig coffee machine in the room. This location did not have one. I don't mind paying a higher price since I enjoyed the convenience of coffee in the room. The refrigerator also did not have a freezer component for ice packs. Very disappointed that this HIE doesn't include that with the elevated price for a stay. Buyer beware.

The next day was graduation, we had asked for a late check out, once again, very accommodating! When I arrived one of the training classes had graduated so there was lots of families attending the graduation ceremony. I was able to get the next to last room in this new property. The location is just of I-44, old Route 66 where there seems to be lots of new hotels being built here. My room was clean everything worked. The breakfast room is large, but due to the large amount of families with young children it was very crowded, I was only able to grab some fruit and coffee. Even without reservations I was able to get a room with two queen beds for $55 with all taxes and fees.
