Hotel has posted, need extra time see the front desk. Rude girl at front desk says she can't help you, only her boss can.

Rooms were cozy and clean. Nightshift staff could learn southern hospitality. We were there for a graduation from AIT school at Ft. Leonard Wood. It was posted in our room that checkout was 11, however if you needed more time simply talk to the front desk. We wanted the opportunity to change after the graduation before starting the 800 mile drive back home. We we're informed, despite what the hotel has posted, they had no authority to grant us the extended time. The only person that could approve the request would be in after we left for the graduation. Therefore our only option was to chance it, possibly have to pay an extra day just to change or just change in a gas station restroom

The "repaired" door handle less than a half hour after my husband sustained his injury.

I thought this was an ok place, until my husband and I went to the hot tub on the morning of our departure. On the way out of the spa, my husband caught the handle of the door and got his hand cut by a rustyjagged metal edge that stuck out of the handle. We immediately reported the incident and asked if they had a first aid kit. It didn't contain any Neosporin and only 1 alcohol pad. We checked out soon after, and stopped at the desk to file a formal complaint. The girl at the desk (who was obviously not the manager) told us the Manager said if we would go to the Walmart and bring them back a receipt they would reimburse us. My husband told her we were on vacation and did not have time to do that. She said we could also go to a clinic and bring them back the bill and they would pay for it, but they didn't offer do do anything other than inconvenience us. The thing is, they were aware of the problem with the door handle when we first went to the front desk for first aid, and when we went back down to check out, they had taped the door handle with duct tape so that no further incidents would occur. My question is, why did they wait until someone got hurt before they fixed the problem, and do a temporary fix at that? They could've offered to knock $20 off the bill, or bought us lunch or SOMETHING for his pain and suffering, but they just wanted us to go out of our way instead of the other way around. Worst of all, no one apologized for what was a preventable accident. Routine maintenance is obviously not a high priority with this hotel's management. Besides getting injured on a rusty door handle that had obviously been in disrepair for some time, there were others issues, such as: 1) No covered area for loading and unloading, and we had to unload in the rain. 2) The so called "hot breakfast" was some instant eggs that were barely warm or some pancakes that tasted like cardboard. It was the worst breakfast we've had in all our stays. No fruit or other healthy option was offered. Sugary cereal, and the juice machine wasn't working the 2nd morning of our stay. 3) The hot tub had sand in it, and when the jets were on, there was a nasty looking white foam. We own a hot tub and that just isn't right. On the plus side, our room was a nice size and seemed clean enough. That's why this hotel got 1 star instead of none at all.

Had toaster, full size fridge, and 4 sets of glasses, plates, and coffee cups. We stayed in 3rd floor room 305 which is a quiet zone 7am-10pm. They also have a full cabinet of additional items you can borrow items, like wine glasses, crockpot, and additional items to use for cooking. Once you are done using the borrowed item you bring back the item to the front desk. Additionally they have a full room of items for purchase either directly to your room, or pay at front desk. These items consist of food, ready to eat meals, burritos, sandwiches, can food and other dry goods and snacks. Which I absolutely loved! It was very convenient to just buy a small meal than drive out. Of course price is a little more than what you would purchase it at local Walmart but the convenience of obtaining it right then and there was great alternative. Lastly, yes they have a gym, which is connected to the laundry room only separating is an adjacent wall. They have free washers and dryers. 3 washers and 4 dryers available. Cons; no swimming pool but kitchen, and food items definitely makes up for it. We enjoyed our stay, and when we checked out and forgot a bag of puzzles and miscellaneous items they called us immediately. Overall great service definitely a place to stay for family with small children.

Turns out, change can be mighty refreshing--especially when it smells this clean. At check‑in, I met Ali, who managed to be both charming and efficient--two qualities that don't always ride in the same saddle. After a long day of planes, rental cars, and questionable airport food, I appreciated that she wasted no time getting me squared away and handed that key card like it was a peace offering from the travel gods. The room itself? Clean enough to make a drill sergeant smile--spotless floors, crisp sheets, and not a whiff of anything suspicious. And that scent of "actually-clean," not "lemon‑chemical," was a pleasant surprise. But the real star of the show was Ms. Nicole, the breakfast lady. She worked that breakfast area like a maestro--fresh coffee, full trays, and a smile that could light up the lobby. She chatted just enough to make you feel human again but knew when to let the breakfast potatoes do the talking. So, to the fine folks at the Hampton Inn in Saint Robert, Missouri, mark me down as a convert. You'll be seeing me again--probably grinning over a waffle and another cup of Ms. Nicole's coffee.

Each staff member that I personally encountered was kind and helpful, some even just having natural, chill conversation with me. The continental breakfast was pretty good, with hot foods such as eggs, potatoes, and oatmeal, plenty of fruit and a waffle maker as well. There a small set up of tables if you'd like to eat downstairs instead of your room, while watching the morning news, and fresh coffee, hot cocoa, and various teas to choose from. Which was nice to have in the morning and before bed. The location of this Hampton is super convenient as well. There is a Walmart that's probably only a one minute drive from the hotel, and nearby fast food options. The area of the hotel felt safe, and due to this i'd definitely stay again.

When I checked in I was given coupons for a restaurant in the area for discounted drinks and food at a nearby location, that was owned by the same person. The rooms are a little bit on the small side, but very clean very neat and well laid out. I found the mattresses to be pretty comfortable, neither really soft or really hard but in the middle, and quite useful. One downside was the toilet, which was really close to the ground (almost at child's height). There are laundry facilities on the floor and the swimming pool if the weather is cooperating. There was supposed to be a hot breakfast, but the hotel closed early last night and it's Jimmy Dean sandwiches, bananas, cereal, and croissants. I don't know if that's an anomaly or standard for Sunday morning. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
