They have a lending closet to borrow items like air fryers, blenders and books and games. Another plus is that they have washers and dryers available to wash your clothes during your stay. This is free, you only need to provide your detergent and fabric softeners. I am able to relax away from home. The staff here are always friendly and they make me feel welcome. Short distance from Ft Leonard Wood. Clean and comfortable and convenient. If you enjoy space and preparing your meals, this is the place. A home away from home.

They put our room right next to the business center, gym and pool area. My mom visited the spa quite a few times. I didn't really hear any complaints. I spent most of my time in their little fitness center. It was perfect. All the equipment was clean and the gym all around was well maintained. In fact, the whole hotel was well maintained! They had a great little buffet breakfast in the morning. Fresh bananas, coffee, muffins and bagels. It was delicious. They also had fresh eggs. Overall great stay. If I'm ever in the area again it will be the first place I go!

Remington was fantastic at getting those rooms reserved. It took a while but he got those rooms reserved without hesitation. The housekeeper on the 3rd floor is an absolute sweetheart. She remembered us from our first visit. She was right on top of our every need. The desk clerk who worked on the night of Sept 17, wish I had gotten her name, was super sweet. We brought our 4 grandkids, ages 5 to 11 down to the breakfast area to eat pizza. When we finished, I asked her for something to wipe the table with. Her response was, "OH dont worry about that. I'll do it." Our only complaints were the elevator had issues when we arrived, the pool wasnt looking all that great, and the TV didn't work part of the time we were there. Oh and I forgot to mention, the breakfast attendant was very helpful and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfasts. Cost-wise and easy access to Ft. They all have a Keurig coffee machine in the room. This location did not have one. I don't mind paying a higher price since I enjoyed the convenience of coffee in the room. The refrigerator also did not have a freezer component for ice packs. Very disappointed that this HIE doesn't include that with the elevated price for a stay. Buyer beware.

Breakfast is served at 630a and it was nice with scrambled eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, warm cinnamon rolls, pancakes, yogurt, bananas, apples, apple juice, milk, tea, coffee, soda, toast, oatmeal and I am sure I missed something but you get it! It IS an IHG hotel. Note there is a Holiday Inn Express next door as well. The parking is not the best but it is available. The entrance is narrow and easy to miss. You enter from MP Drive. The entryway is a one way road so please note. The pillows were labeled Firm and Soft for easy identification. I took pictures but only after we were in the room getting settled. It is a clean space with a kitchenette. Dove liquid soap and lotion was provided. The Commissary (for those eligible) is across the street as well as other stores like the PX, Class six, and a food court. This was the first time I have visited FLW! Great job!!

There is a nice large seating area in the lobby where you can sit and hang out. They have breakfast in the AM-- although it's just ok. Our room was very nice and very clean. My only complaint is that it had a strong grapefruit scent. Not sure if it's a cleaner or an air freshener hiding somewhere but I am very sensitive to smells and get migraines from strong smells. We had a nice desk, fridge and microwave in our room. My husband had some work to do so it was a nice set up for him. I will say we were on the first floor at the end of the hall. It was super noisy and the floor above us creaked super loud so we heard every step the people above us took in the middle of the night. Would not recommend to anyone.! There's wayyyy too many other options available. other than the Diner connected to it, I could care less bout the hotel.
