The A/C tune-up was never scheduled or performed, so a month later, I had my A/C rep do the spring servicing. He went into the attic and took these photos of shoddy work (see below). I asked for photos and had questions about the blower device they installed, but never heard back on my emails or voicemails. BTW - no text access to this company. The work was partially done but no follow-up provided.

Not only did you install a low end water heater in our home, but Jonathan didn't feel like nor had the proper tools with him in his truck to fix our water heater leak and pawned it off to have a handyman fix it and then proceeded to tell us it's just a TPT Valve issue. Our handyman spend hours trying to fix this problem taking multiple trips to ace hardware, he couldn't fix it. So, we then had to have a plumber come out (another additional cost on top of paying our handyman) to replace our water heater completely because that was the issue the entire time. We are in this situation now because of your company and I'm livid. You should really cover all these additional charges we had to fork over to our handyman and plumber as this water heater you installed is still under warranty. The water heater your company installed is busted and this was your responsibility to fix in the first place. Very poor company. We spent 10K making our home "energy efficient" and you don't have the decency to replace our water heater when it's under warranty and also THATS YOUR JOB! What a scam!

It's crazy to have rooms that are SO hot during the day, have the film coating installed, and feel immediate heat relief once installed.
