After 20 days begging for an estimate they no bid the job. My job did not fit there business requirements because I was going after the manufacture of the product that caused the damage. This was only my second time buying carpeting for a new home and ECO Carpet Cleaning exceeded all my expectations. I scheduled EcoClean Carpet Cleaning to come in and clean the carpets at one of my rental properties in between tenants and my experience with them was as good as advertised. The full money back guarantee is the thing that attracted me to them in the first place, usually people with money back guarantees aren't in the habit of actually giving them out. They did everything right the first time and I had no problems. I'm not sure if they do it for everyone or not but they gave me a one year spot guarantee for free with my cleaning. The owner said that if I get any spills or spots over the next year that I couldn't get out with the free bottle of spotter he gave me he would send someone over to get it out free of charge. Holy convenience, Batman! I made my entire appointment via yelp, and I don't think I ever waited more than 10 mins for a response! Amazing customer service! I was advised via text that they'd arrive after 11am on Saturday, and sure enough, they called at 10:45 to say they'd be there in 20 mins. They were super tolerant and respectful of my obnoxiously barking dogs, and went to work quickly, quietly, and efficiently. We had a room upstairs that had been battered by the previous owner's cat and our dogs and definitely needed some, uh, freshening up, and they went right to work judgment free. They were SO FAST and maybe an hour later, talked my husband through what they did, what we should expect, how long to stay off of it, etc. I went upstairs hoping and praying that the room I was concerned about didn't smell, and as I walked up, I smelled... They did a good job of carpet repair and getting rid of spots and cleaning the surface of the carpet. The techs were friendly and nice. Although I like the aspect of steam cleaning instead of using chemicals, their method is not good at deep cleaning. Afterward, most stains were still visible under black light. I arranged for the pet cleaning solution and it was never made clear how they apply it. I assumed the pet cleaning solution would be incorporated into the regular cleaning process but it is only used on spots. Given about half of my carpet had vomit or urine I chose the most active spots. Even with the pet cleaning solution the spots (under black light) and smell remain. I am well aware that the urine can come back through the padding but the vomit which does not penetrate deep was still there. If I regularly have my carpets cleaned and don't need a deep cleaning I would recommend for the good job they do with surface cleaning but the pet cleaning is not worth the extra cost. However if you clean sporadically and have a lot of old deep stains, I would go with, unfortunately, a chemical cleaner that can deep clean. read more
