Less than 24hrs after posting my experience the Owner of the company took it upon himself to give me call. Reasonably so, concerned about his companies reputation and a disappointed client. I admire that he took the time to call and chat with me about what had happened and how he could help correct the situation. He's asked for me to come back so they can clean my car again. As I stated before, this place is typically pretty busy so they must be doing something right. I'm looking forward to coming back on here and updating my review specifically on the cleanliness of my car. This simple gesture makes this whole experience feel less transactional. He cares about his customers and every customer matters. . . . . . . I considered this my go-to neighborhood car wash. It's always consistently busy during the week and since it's been taken over by new ownership (there was a local car wash there prior to Mr.splash) I had not had a chance to stop by and see what the new changes were like. I paid $25 for a sedan. Although the sign said $20. She explained something about special soap. Whatever no problem. When I dropped off my car you could say the interior of my car was relatively clean yet dusty and had scuff marks and the windows were dirty. Definitely needed a good vacuum job & The outside was filthy. When I picked up my car the interior of my car was relatively clean yet dusty and had scuff marks and the windows were dirty. They gave it a surface level vacuum job BUT the outside was clean (must have been the extra $5 for the soap). This place must be good enough for some people to keep coming back because like I said it's usually packed during the week BUT as of now I won't be returning. The work was lazy, they didn't even put the carpets in the car on the right side. In addition to that I also tipped. Pretty pricey for a relatively clean small car. They do have a check in system that is convenient. They check you in and send you a text once you've dropped off your car and send you a text once your car is ready for pick up. I do have to say thank you to the lady who waited for me to come get my car about 15min after she sent me my pick up text and not to mention they had also already closed. They needed my money and I needed my car lol but she was understanding. If you visit this car wash I would just suggest you check your vehicle before driving off.

I'm not a car wash pro by any means and I usually take mine to the drive thru machine wash but I felt it needed a more in depth clean. I wanted a good vacuuming and a nice outside clean. Somehow I got talked into a deep inside cleaning. I understand that's the game and I said why not. I ended up with the deep interior wash. I ended up leaving my car and 3 hours later I came back after getting a call telling me my car was ready. The inside was very clean. Carpets were spotless and my seats looked brand new. They also did my trunk and I wasn't expecting that so the took everything out of my whole car and put it in bags and stuffed in my trunk. I wasn't bothered but just be warned they will do that. I had to go around with them and spotted some minor things here and there but they were nice and took care of it. With tip and all it was around $127. 3 weeks later my car still feels clean so I think it's worth the value. So I would recommend Mr Splash when looking to give you vehicle some good loving.

This service was recommended by Yelp engine and decided to give it a try…read more The response to my request was pretty quick and information regarding the services offered They use an app called WashproGo I went there and tried to schedule a service to detail my car. I found some issues on the app: 1. With a limited radius (key Biscayne and Brickell, downtown) and didn't accept my request. 2. The app required payment of services before actually do the work. I called to the number listed and the person on the other side of the line Ignacia was nice and willing to help on reserving my appointment directly for Saturday 9am...or I thought so... later in the evening i found out there was no appointment and had to request again. This time for Saturday 11:30am and will be sent the payment link to complete once service was completed. Time of my appointment came and no sights of the tech, called the numbers given but no response received. I got upset and though this was another bad experience with a new business. 1.5 hrs later the tech arrived to my home I set the work area and let him do the work. Less than 2 hours later I checked my car and was left in very pristine condition inside was spotless, outside was shiny and clean I choose the Gold service that do a deep clean inside and outside. I only expected the clay and wax would do better with the bugs/tar marks, they were removed mostly but I still have some minor that hope can be totally removed next time. My assigned tech a Juan was very nice and did a good job, was fast and detailed, he also recommended a deeper buffer that would help on the marks.

EcoZone Car Wash Review…read more I've had trouble finding a decent detailer since moving to Miami--especially one that comes directly to you. Every experience left me overcharged, underwhelmed, and disappointed. That all changed when I found EcoZone. From the moment I walked in, Oriely at the front desk greeted me with a smile and confidently told me this was the best spot in Miami. She wasn't wrong. I had both my Bentley and Porsche detailed here, and the results were flawless. Every inch of both cars was meticulously cleaned, and the turnaround time was impressive. The quick, friendly atmosphere and the lineup of top-tier cars being serviced only reinforced that I was in the right place. This is hands down the best detail spot in Miami and they are open LATE!!! Amazing!! Client for life.

I cannot rave enough about this place. They are so careful and thorough!…read more I waited for an hour but for good reason: 1. Loads of people here for a wash - high quality, high demand. 2. They were very thorough and made sure not to miss a thing. They take their time so you get your money's worth. Reflections while waiting: Sitting watching these men wash my car and they are just so thorough. I just saw someone go back over a dirty spot with a cloth to make sure he got it all. It's been so hard to find a car wash in Miami, but I think this one might be the one! I haven't even driven away yet but I know I'm going to be happy with the result. Will definitely be coming back again! They even washed my tires and vacuumed my floor, even though it was just an exterior wash!! I had to leave a nice tip after seeing that. My car is immaculate. 10/10 you won't regret coming here!!

I lost my car wash guy in the Brickell area and took a chance on Karma Carwash because I drive thru the MiMo area periodically. As I pulled in, Omar asked what my wishes were and clearly explained their services. Then as I got out of the car he touched a seat control which extended the seat cushion and revealed crumbs and bits of sand. I've never figured out all the controls on the 18-way seat and hd no idea what was hiding in the cushion! The end result was perfect inside and out. I have found my new cash wash guy!

We know Omar the owner and love supporting small businesses. We have tried to call and reach out the last few days and have not been able to speak to anyone to correct the situation. When we questioned the stains we were told by the crew that this is what to expect when the car is "neglected". Comical at best if you looked at the odometer and see the car had only 11,000 miles. They sited "look at the state of your wheels", how mis-informed if they know anything about high performance cars and break dust. How disappointing and as someone who lives and works in the neighborhood what an utter disappointment. I don't recommend this place at all which is unfortunate as we are big fans of supporting Omar. His lack of communication is not becoming of a business owner.

One day my husband brought my car in to surprise me. They charged him $60, for the same car I always bring .. but he said okay as he was surprising me (I love a good clean car). When he got the car back my sunglasses were missing and they were sitting in the cup holder in the drivers door. So he asked them to check but didn't have cameras in the wash area where they get in and drive the car to the detail area - only the detail and said they couldn't find them. We had to share as it's the shorter Spanish guy who's always there, it was sketchy they changed the price on him. Such a shame. We won't be coming back.
