She was patient and answered all my questions, also prepared coffees for me and my friends. When I realized the semi-annual sale event was just past, she guaranteed I can still get the discount if I decided to order that day. So I proceeded with the order of Cicladi. After four and half month waiting, my Cicladi tables were finally delivered today. I really like the natural and elegant look. Now they are not responding and looks like the store is closed. This is fraud. I tried calling them and messaging them in all platforms. Karel is the person who defrauded me. Regarding their products, they are one of the few companies that prioritize non-toxic and sustainable solutions. The furniture is built to last and very worth the investment. My only grievance is that I want it all and my small home won't allow me to!

Love the focus on sustainability, and the selection of *washable* luxurious fabrics. And Julia and Floyd have been so incredibly helpful. They have a knack for picking out exactly what we want--before we have any inkling. Their eye for design has saved us so much time and earned us so many compliments.

1/5 Stars - Avoid Ethan Allen at All Costs: $4000 for a Broken Dresser?…read more I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Ethan Allen's poor quality products and appalling customer service. We spent $4000 on a bedroom set, only to receive a dresser that was severely damaged. The issues include: - Large gouges and scratches on the surface - A busted drawer that doesn't function properly - Peeling wood finish When we complained and sent the dresser back, we expected a hassle-free replacement or refund. Instead, they've repeatedly sent the same broken dresser, ignoring our concerns and gaslighting us into thinking there's nothing wrong with it. It's been incredibly frustrating to deal with this situation, especially given the high cost of the furniture. I'm still left without a complete bedroom set and feel ripped off. Unless you enjoy dealing with broken products and unhelpful customer service, I would strongly advise against shopping at Ethan Allen.

Marsha Lucas, their interior designer at the time, did all my living space, which I am really happy with. She really worked well with me accommodating my preferences. Their customer service is top-notch. One of my counter stools had a small tear in the leather when they delivered, and they promptly took care of it while being fully communicative along the process. The reason for only rating at a 3 however is because their furniture is not of the highest quality any longer. The quality was top-notch many years ago, and you could justify the very hefty price-tag. Not anymore. These days most of their furniture is made in China, and I see MDF used in good measure, instead of real wood (the quality is reminiscent of Pottery Barn furniture now). EA however chose to retain the very hefty price tags for such poor quality furniture. Good luck to them keeping up with competition, with their current business model. Luxury furniture brands have furniture that is far more reasonably priced (for the quality) than Ethan Allen. I won't be buying from Ethan Allen anymore.

First, I come from a family of designers, and I live in SF, which is a city with many furnishing options. The experience of shopping on the CasaOne site, with all of the options & design resources, and their pricing structure, is an excellent one. I wanted a look that was all me, and I got it at CasaOne. My order was more than 25 items, and it was processed efficiently. 2 items were not available, and I was promptly notified. The day before & day of delivery experience is truly amazing. I have had a lot of incoming items for my new home, the CasaOne experience was the singular best of all of them to date. My white glove delivery Team took amazing care of me. Their assembly was seriously world-class; because of their assembly skill & attention to detail, they made the furniture look truly high-end. The delivery/installation Team were ultra careful about moving the furniture in, and ultra careful in placing it. They also did an exhaustive walk-through, looking at every inch of everything--they found a small imperfection that I had not. Out of 26 pieces total, only 2 had some minor issues, and I am certain these will be resolved. I am someone who lets the frustrations & imperfections of life move by...but I always try to be the person who recognizes superlative & cost efficient options for living, as well as superior work-ethic & execution. I rented furniture for my apartment and it was an okay experience. What was great was their…read moreselection of furniture, as I had a tiny place and needed smaller furniture. Delivery was on time and efficient, but there was a moment of drama in the beginning when they were realizing that it was a sixth floor apartment with no elevator and they were calling their ops people to ask if they really needed to go through with it. (I only had 12-15 pieces, mostly small, for a studio apartment). I had clearly stated this when I filled out the forms and put in a special note about it, so it was awful to have them arrive and be faced with not having a bed to sleep on that night. They sorted it out and delivered as expected. What also wasn't great was that I signed up for the flex plan to be able exchange pieces whenever, and this went fine the first time, but second time I did this, they informed me that they had pivoted their business to doing only staging homes and selling furniture. There were also some email exchanges with their ops/support team that just required a bunch more arguing than I would have preferred. They did give me refunds on the flex plan, but now I'm stuck with furniture that I wanted to exchange for other pieces, but no way to do it. When my contract is over, I intend to return all this furniture.
