After discovering their points of entry, we got it under control. More or less. Because some ants seemed to be always around, we called Stryker. They were busy but were able to get to us about five days later. We dropped about $200 on the treatment. Most of the treatment was applied outside of the house. It was guaranteed to work for up to 60 days. I held off on submitting this review until I could confirm the problem was permanently solved. It was. The treatment was about six months ago. We haven't seen an ant since. Highly recommend these guys.

This company is definitely not a one trick pony they are knowledgeable about a diversity of strategies to combat different types of ants. Everyone at the company we interacted with was lovely. I very much preferred working with their booking agent rather than the big name companies with automated scheduling. Will definitely be using Stryker again now for maintenance!

He treated it with insecticide dust, but because of how many swarmed decided to check attic the next day. The nest wasn't in the attic and he concluded that it was between the visible aluminum soffit and the original wooden soffit He order a product for that and applied it. It killed most of the nest and the outside foragers will die within a couple of days. He came back the next day to seal the opening. He is knowledgeable, professional, and diligent. He clearly takes pride in his work and in being thorough, rather than necessarily fast--which was the impression I go from other contractors. His price was very reasonable I strongly recommend him for your pest solutions.

Saturday morning came and went. I called Scherzinger back on Saturday morning. They said they don't do insects on Saturdays and they had no record of my appointment - they couldn't even give me another time or date until Monday. Thanks for nothing. If you can't get basic scheduling down pat, then I wouldn't trust you for anything else.

Three days later - more mice and ants! Called again. They came again. Repeat. Bugs never left, and they stopped showing up after I called, so I canceled. I did a better job remediating than they did with product from the local stores. And "Orkin Branded remediation and insulation" for almost $40k? Fuck outta here - I can find the same quality for far less. I called and canceled after their last failure to respond - and then they send me to collections for the payment for services not rendered. This was a terrible experience, and I won't be calling Orkin again.

We've had some spiders and silver fish running around possibly due to lots of rain so asked if they could come out today. That's clearly not the case as indicated by the rude response when I called and asked if someone could stop out. The customer service person said we have no one available until Friday. I explained that's not what your phone recording states and she said we don't have anybody it's the end of the month. We've spent a lot of money with Orkin for pest and mosquito control but with type of service I'll just look for another company.

While it took an hour or so, he managed to remove it completely, leaving only a couple of dying hornets as evidence of his total victory. This happened approximately 4 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a call inquiring as to why I cancelled the service or what they could do to repair the damage. I returned to my previous lawn care provider and conditions began to improve immediately. The decision to go with Central Ohio Lawn Service was a very poor one on our part. The cost was lower, however it supports the saying that "you get what you pay for."
