Literally half of the washers are out of service, my 8 load washer took only 10 minutes.. did it even clean my clothes? My smaller 3 load washer is taking twice as long. Mind you the washers that are out of service have dates on them.. dating back to August and October. The dryers have a "minimum" line which is weird I've never a dryer have a minimum amount you can put in it. So if I have less clothes that I'm washing in general we can't use the dryers? I literally only came here because their website showed they do laundry services, but I ended up finding out they use the pay range app which I had money on so I said why not. No bathroom? Super small. Only plus was that it was empty which explains a lot. read more

I wasn't impressed with this facility. My big issue is that many of the machines were in a state of disrepair. Another negative was that there were no seats to sit on. But there were signs saying Do Not Sit on Table. The indicator lights didn't work on my washer. It did a fairly good job of washing .I can usually get my clothes dry in a half hour not the case I bought an additional 16 min for 50 cents hopefully that will do the trick. I don't recommend this location unless you don't have transportation and you are within walking distance and tired of washing socks and underwear by hand. read more

Have been coming here since they opened since I live next door because it's convenient. Never had an issue until today. Apparently I can't use 2 pods on the small washers. I assume the new washers are more delicate. I do understand that there's rules for the new washers but the manager that came looking for me and the approach was so unprofessional. She could of come with a different delivery and said hey for next time time blah blah blah. Not even my own boss or mother has talked to me in this way. There's no issue with the laundromat it's just the manager the way she talk to me as a customer. I'll make her life easier and not come back. It's not the first time because my friend just told me that manager RUDE it was the same reason why she stop coming here because her approach. She was pist off for something I didn't know nor there were signs. I have always heard customers bring money to the business . This place is still the best place in San Diego county hands down. The prices are so much cheaper than anywhere else. The workers here do a good job. The 2 beat employees I've seen is Sarah and the young girl who closes the place at night. I see them working every time I'm here and I just hope they are being taken care of because it's difficult getting good hard working people these days. Keep it up and thank you! read more

I was FaceTiming my sister while she was washing her clothes. Out of nowhere I hear this lady (who appears to work there) being unbelievably rude to her I was appalled. My sister was telling her she had put two pods in the washer and this lady.. in a very aggravated tone, "THATS NOT WHAT IM ASKING YOU!!" Me and my husband were in shock. Not to mention my sister was in her car so this lady followed her all the way to her car to harass her which is very scary and disturbing. There's absolutely no reason to speak to people like that I don't care if your machine explodes or if she was hangry or whatever the reason was she needs to seek help because clearly she's going through it for her to feel like it's okay to speak to other people in that tone the whole conversation she was rudely rambling. She's lucky my sister had patience If I were my sister I would have pepper sprayed her if she followed me to my car that is completely unacceptable behavior from a grown woman. Take your stress out at the gym or something people are not your punching bags. Clean, efficient and simple. Stumbled upon this place coming around the corner on Main Street broadway. They have multiple washers and dryers for different loads from small to big. They got a change machine, vending machines, and seating areas. I paid around $6.25 for a heavy hot wash for my pillow covers, which was about a 36 minute wash and paid only a quarter for an 8 minute hot dryer cycle. All was thoroughly cleaned and dried pretty fast, faster than I expected. Do bring your own detergent and softener tho read more

This place used to be my go to laundry mat because it was affordable and the dryers were free! Now they upped the price for the washing machines and charge you to use the dryer! They want .25 for 8 min of dry time which is absolutely ridiculous! It used to be 20 min for free. Will absolutely be looking for a new place! read more

This laundry mat is very clean and it smells really good as you walk in but the lady who works here is very rude. As I was drying, the machine ate 3 of my quarters and I simply let her know it wasn't working if she can help me out and she for some reason got offended that I spoke badly about the dryers? I never told her it was her fault, these things happen sometimes. I finally moved my clothing to another dryer and she took a long time to simply turn on the new dryer. She kept arguing with me about how I spoke about the dryers??? That is the last thing I want to do when I'm washing. I've been coming here for over three months and usually everyone is very friendly . A few days ago idk if the employee (which was a tall lady with short curly hair that speaks Spanglish ) was in a bad mood but decided to approach me with an attitude of how I was drying my clothes and how not to be opening the dryers to take my clothes out before the timer . Mind you there's been times when I go and the dryers leave my clothes wet after the timer . The lady had a nasty attitude and got into my face without even wearing a mask telling me what to do with my clothes despite me being a paying customer minding my own business. Very unprofessional & funny thing is everyone there next to me was hearing her as they were opening there dryers too . Managers need to train there employees better on how to approach customers and keep social distancing in mind . All my clothes was dry I had 10, 15 and 20 seconds on my dryers. I was going as fast as I could but Nicole new girl because I have never seen her before. Actually took my clothes out because two rude woman where complaining. They were after me since I was washing they wanted to "keep their clothes together". So they had been commenting to themselves they wanted my dryers. I am sorry but I paid for the same service that everyone else did. No worker should have taken out my clothes. They could have waited I am no less a client than them. Like I said I paid and waited my turn why couldn't they. The employees should have told them to wait. I used to come here since they first opened. They had one perso n working which was ok because they kept the facility clean. But today I can there was drier paper all over the floor. Water had leaked from one washer. Was here for 2 and a half hours and no one came to mop up the water. It is very hazardous especially with no caution sign displayed. Unprofessional. read more

I came to this laundry mat at 8:45pm with the intention to wash 1 load and the guy was being rude asking "why so late?" And he also said by 9pm you gotta to be out of here . I don't even know this guy and he's suppose to be welcoming people not telling that they're late and they have to leave by certain time . There are better ways to communicate .. especially when you're working at a place like this . It's affordable and dryers are free, but the service sucks. They don't break bills so you're stuck with $20 in quarters (old management used to break larger bills). They have a limited amount of small load washers. I needed two, some were in use and 3 were just there with wet clothes that no one bothered to take out. I let the employees know and they just said they didn't have any more available. read more

Needed to do some laundry, first laundromat I've been to here in Chula Vista. All the washers seemed clean and cheap, they offer free dry which is a big money saver;which was a surprise since I walked in expecting to pay a little more for washer since they do offer free dry. We used the 30lb=3loads washer which were only $3 each. I dont think they would actually fit 3 loads considering I only had 2 loads and it seemed like a tight fit, so I opted for a second washer since they were cheap. Only 18 mins. Clothes came out clean. They have different size dryers as well. We just put everything in a huge one. 20 mins on high and everything was dry. They have a few old school arcade games to pass the time which is cool. I'd definitely come back if I ever need a laundromat read more

This place is great, the wash is fairly priced and you get free drying. They have wifi and the employees are friendly. Destiny was very kind, and showed me how everything worked my first visit and has been helpful everytime I am there to wash. I like their sizes of machine. And the place is always clean I visit once a week and love it. There is a bus stop 20 ft from the back entrance. And it's in a nice location. I like going to the taco shop in the same plaza while I wait for my clothes to wash and dry. I always feel my clothes and I are safe here. read more

I,agree with a lot of the positive in the previous comments. I been coming to this laundry mat since February. Now the last 2 weeks I come in the early hours. I'm concerned that no employees are present yes the doors are unlocked and I'm able to do my laundry. I have noticed that is not clean and the back door is locked and there's no way out as an emergency exit in case of a fire. Will someone please take this into consideration.
