We plan to move this summer but the home was nowhere even close to being ready to put on the market. Well, not until we contacted Charlotte and her team at A-Z Home Improvement. We gave Charlotte a tour of our home and listed the many areas of the home that needed some TLC. She then prepared an estimate listing a laundry list of the many things needing attention. We made a couple of minor revisions and the cost was extremely reasonable. Her crew wasted no time getting busy on the project.They expertly repaired nail holes and sheet rock damage, painted all 4 bedrooms and bathrooms; walls, closets, trim, and ceilings. The upstairs hadn't looked this fresh, crisp, and new since we had moved in. Next they perfectly matched some existing painted areas on the first floor, painted some small areas to match, made our powder room look brand new, and installed our new foyer light. One of the first things one sees when approaching our home is the beautifully painted front door. I swear, it looks like she ran out and bought a brand door! No matter what we threw at Charlotte, she accepted the challenge and completely exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail is unmatched. I called to learn more about the sample I received and the man that answered the call was knowledgeable and helpful. I drove from DC to Arnold to go and look at additional pieces of the tile. The team on sight pulled out an entire box for me and laid it out for me to review and choose grout samples. I appreciate the team here and would definitely return.

I had kept the original sample and when I got the actual floor I laid out a few pieces to check the color....seemed okay. After the floor was installed I noticed raised bumps on the entire floor and it looked dirty. The owner came out and tested the floor and said it was probably grout haze and suggested a cleaner. The cleaner didn't change the bumps or haze. Over the next 3 months we have been back and forth with the owner a few times, a rep even came by and said she couldn't see a problem despite the difference from the original sample to what I received that I showed her. She claimed she saw not problem. I contacted the owner via text and explained the experience and was never answered. I had suggested that the tile was possibly defective in my note. I was aware there might be a health problem in his family so I let a month go by and still never heard back. I called again this week and said I just wanted to find a solution even if it was other tile cleaners to try. He would never address/admit or take responsibility for the tile looking defective. Despite knowing I have an example of original sample and what was delivered. I think it is not good business to not stand by your product. I have since had another local company look at the sample and installed floor and they agree the tile is defective but Atlas has just dismissed the whole thing. Now I have a floor that is not what I purchased and was told it was not their problem. The other issue with the company is you do not stick with the same sales person through the selling process. This results in one person not taking responsibility for your purchase. I experienced just a bunch of people pointing fingers at each other and not taking responsibility for the sale to their customer. I would never recommend this company.

They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.
