Al is also extremely knowledgeable and patient as he took the time to answer all of our questions (3 women have a lot of questions about boilers!). We felt like Al was a good friend by the time he was finished installing the 2 boilers at my 84 yr old mother's house after her basement was flooded and her boilers were under water. Oh and Piper's pricing was extremely reasonable (best price we received) too! We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for friendly, awesome, and honest HVAC company.

Get your shit together, because obviously you don't understand how the world works, or how business works..." Final reply: "It's going to be even COLDER when your heat doesn't work and you're fishing for someone to come out for free! So my advice to you is, get over to Costco and buy yourself some warm blankets!" All of this over one polite pricing question -- not a request for free work. I never got a straight answer, just escalating sarcasm and insults. Can't speak to their HVAC work, but I'd think twice before dealing with a company whose owner responds to a basic question this way.

He assessed the situation and was able to re-wire and install the ceiling fan which included a quick trip to the appliance store to provide a needed wall plate for that new fan. After that, he helped us reassemble and position bed that originally needed to be moved to get at the ceiling fan. Well, it has been one week since Jared has installed ceiling fan and the fan is working great!
