I cannot say enough good things about Sump Pump Gurus out of Hackettstown, NJ- especially Eric…read more When I reached out, I was in complete despair and overwhelmed by the situation in my home. Eric showed up with such professionalism, calmness, and confidence that I immediately felt like I was in good hands. When he came over to first check out what was happening, he explained what he can do and how much it would cost. I feel I got the best value I could because others were quoting me 2-3x as much! He walked me through everything, installed the entire system (sump pump and drainage) with incredible efficiency, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. The setup is so clean and organized--nothing is in the way, nothing looks messy, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. It's rare to find someone who works this quickly and this carefully. I'm beyond grateful for Eric's help. He turned a stressful situation into something manageable and gave me peace of mind I didn't think I'd get back. There are not enough thank yous that I could give. I would recommend Sump Pump Gurus to anyone who needs reliable, honest, and skilled service.
