Jacob is very friendly however I personally don't think he does detail work due to there was so much that wasn't completely cleaned. When he came by to give me a quote he said he would be able to dust and clean everything and that this would be more of a deep clean. I asked how long he thought it would take to do everything that I asked for and pointed out to him and he said about 5 to 6 hours. He also asked if he could bring his 16 year old son to help him and I said sure. We agreed on a price for the extra work however the job must have been to big or to much since he did not live up to his promise. I checked on him a couple of times when he was cleaning and he said everything was good. That evening when he left I noticed the stove and the ceiling fans weren't cleaned real well. I sent a text that evening with pictures and we agreed on our next cleaning in two weeks he could fix. It was late in the evening so I didn't see everything and I just scanned it real quick. The next day when the sun light came in is when my husband and I could really see everything that wasn't done I sent a text to Jacob with more photos and started my text out with "it is my fault for not doing a good walkthrough", when he was here or I would have pointed it out and had him fix and I probably would have held off giving him a tip. He did clean some things including wiping all the blinds, which I appreciate. The inside windows were not cleaned again just wasn't detailed work and what I would expect to be done when you hire someone to clean. We agreed that we were not a good match and cut ties and a lesson to me is to do a slow walkthrough and tip later. Attached a few photos but not of everything that wasn't cleaned. They arrived little after 2 and left at 6 so 4 hours. Responding to your post Jacob.... I confirmed at the time when you came to give me the quote so I never confirmed later so now you are lying in your response. You are making this bigger then it needed to be. I took responsibility and also said that in my review so you should try and take responsibility and accept that this was not your best work instead of lying. I never said you were a bad cleaning or didn't take pride in your work. I clearly said that this job was not detailed. read more

OMG, Jake and Nicole are absolutely amazing! We have used their services for over 7 years, they're always on time, very friendly and polite. Jake has been very flexible to reschedule when a conflict on a date pops up. For our house, Jake is usually here 6 to 7 hours, and he is continuously working the whole time. I usually encourage him to stop for a snack and something to drink. Because after 7 years, it's more like having a friend at your house, not a stranger. Jake is very thorough in his cleaning, and my house just looks and smells freshener he's done. From the moment he leaves, and sometimes two to three days later, I walk through my house and notice that my kitchen counters are literally shining! And things throughout the house have been arranged in "Feng shui", or the mirrors are sparkling and squeaky clean. I walk barefoot in the house because the rugs feel good on my feet! And because of all that, my response every time is "Jake was here"! And that is definitely a good thing!! Needless to say, I have no complaints with their service. I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning service I received. I had a condo that needed to be cleaned. I instructed the cleaner to lock the condo when he was done, and I planned to return the following day. There was no furniture in the condo, so it just needed the appliances and the area cleaned. However, the complex shut off the water at some point, which I understand can make cleaning difficult. Nevertheless, the fridge was not even wiped down, and although the carpets were vacuumed, they were brand new, so it wasn't necessary. The areas I specifically cared about were left untouched. Additionally, the cleaner left faucets on in the complex, and left the slider open to my complex and the lights on. I understand it can be hard to tell when the water is off for maintenance, but these things should have been double-checked. Reached to communicate my disappointment got no communication back so here I am writing my review. Overall, I did not feel like this was an appropriate way to handle business. read more

Jake has done a great job cleaning our house. He's always arriving on time and does a great job checking before he starts on what we want the most attention on. His cleaning is thorough and he pays attention to little details. He's also very courteous of using bleach in certain areas like the kitchen or bathroom, and asks first before using them. We have a big dog who leaves a bit of a mess in places from shedding, drooling, and being outside, but Jake really takes care of the mess and gets the floors, windows, and walls cleaned so nicely. His prices are very fair too, and he's super great with communication via text. Definitely recommend Jake! read more

ECO-Friendly Cleaning has truly impressed me. We hired them after we had all new flooring put into our home and our home was full of construction dust and debris; things were a mess. Nicole came for an in-home consultation and was very professional and kind. We walked through the house and discussed areas I would really like her to focus on including to do an add-on of sweeping out the garage, which was filthy. The pricing is extremely reasonable, she beat out every other competitive price that I had previous quotes for. We came home and couldn't believe our eyes, our kitchen and the appliances looked brand new and I am not just giving credit to our new flooring. I could see my reflection in all of my appliances, even the microwave was spotless inside and out. The garage was swept up and trash was picked up. The bathrooms (which was an area I wanted a lot of focus on) were beautiful. The shower and tub were scrubbed clean and the mirrors didn't have a speck of toothpaste splatter. They are incredibly respectful and friendly in their communications, whether in-person or over text. We have been working with them for a couple of months now and have zero complaints. They use organic cleaning products which leave the dwelling smelling fresh and clean without the harsh chemical odor lingering in the air. The best thing about them is that they don't cut corners. If you asked them to clean a space, they clean every square inch of it without being instructed on where and why. None of my household items have ever been damaged while they have been working, which is more than you can say for other similar services. I recently moved back to the area and needed a cleaning service to come in every few weeks. When I submitted a request for a quote via Yelp, Jacob was the most responsive, the most helpful, and had the best prices. I booked him immediately and am so glad that I did. In addition to being a really nice guy, he's honest and professional. He's been in the cleaning business for years (this is his company that he's getting off the ground) and his experience shows. For example, I have a weird kitchen floor (tiles that seem to suck up dirt) that I thought would never get clean. I seriously thought someone was going to have to power wash or sand blast it. Jacob went to work and, after a couple of hours, it was spotless - I almost didn't want to my kids or my dog to walk on it! He created another miracle in my kids' bathroom. My daughter has hot pink dyed hair and she has a tendency to lay back with her head resting against the porcelain tub and wall tiles when she takes a bath. The wall and tub were completely stained - no matter how much I scrubbed with abrasive cleaners and brushes, I couldn't get rid of the bright pink. After Jacob got done with it, there are no traces pink. I was shocked! I also have a shower door that had really severe hard water stains. I mean you practically couldn't see out of it. Enter Jacob.
