I had a very upsetting experience at this cleaners and will never return. I was quoted $63 to press…read morea shirt, which seemed extremely high, so I questioned the price. Instead of simply explaining the cost, the owner became very aggressive and confrontational. During the interaction, he began taking photos of me and said he was going to put me on the internet. He also told me to "bring my husband into the shop" because he welcomed a fight. When I expressed how uncomfortable I was, he told me he could speak to me however he wanted because it was his store. As someone in my 80s, I found the entire encounter incredibly intimidating and distressing. I simply asked about the price--I wasn't rude or confrontational--and the way I was treated has genuinely shaken me. Regardless of the pricing, there is no excuse for treating a customer this way. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

I totally believe Power Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Orange County!…read more Even though I live 35 minutes away without traffic and 45 minutes with traffic I still choose Power Cleaners in Lake Forest to be our dry cleaners because they dry clean and launder all of my clothes and household items perfectly for reasonable prices. I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

However,…read moreI was very disappointed when I saw the extremely high price for relatively minor alterations to my wedding suit and two pairs of pants, along with dry cleaning for those items and a white shirt. I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.

I even moved recently moved and there's a dry cleaner closer to me, but I choose to keep my business at Coto Cleaners. I highly recommend them to anyone!

When I picked up my…read moreshirt, there was a second hole right next to the repair that definitely wasn't pointed out when I dropped it off. At best, this shows a lack of attention to detail--if there were two holes, they should have told me up front. At worst, it felt like a setup to charge me another $10 for something that should have been caught the first time. Either way, waiting a full week for such a minor repair and still getting incomplete work is frustrating and disappointing. I expect an alterations shop to actually inspect garments before taking payment and to stand behind their work. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend others double-check their items carefully before leaving the store.

When I asked for an estimate - that ended up being the final price I did pay for the alterations. The pricing was fair and the work was good. Highly recommend them for alterations! Will have to drop off some dry cleaning to see how good that is (my husband will be dropping his suit off eventually).
