We had our car windows tinted a week ago. They said it'd take about 3 hours. They had the vehicle for five hours, so we just decided to drive over to the business and see what was going on! Low and behold, the car was sitting outside, and we'd still not received a phone call saying it was ready, and the place looked closed. We looked the car windows over and there were bubbles everywhere. I'm already upset because of the result I see, and the lack of courteousness to give us a phone call. If you're gong to take 5 hours to do tint on a small car then just say so, don't say it'll be ready in 3. When I confronted the owner about the spots and bubbles, he stated "Oh, they'll go away. Give it a couple of days, and if you don't like it, then just give us a bad review!" NOT THE WAY TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER!!! While there, I asked him to write his name and the guarantee he was stating, and apparently he got really butt hurt. He took offense because before we left, I asked him to write his name and his guarantee on the back of his card. It took forever to get a hold of them as they don't answer their phone. My friend just today took the car back over this morning to have the side window redone, and she sat outside with a customer as it was being done and chitt chatted with an older gentleman that was there getting work redone as well. The owner called the cops on her and stated that she was telling customers not to come to their business. Mind you, the customer she was talking to was having shoddy work redone as well. He placed a criminal tresspass on her AS WELL AS MYSELF, and I wasn't even there. That's pretty crappy. Maybe he shouldn't be doing business if he can't handle customers asking questions. I'll NEVER take another vehicle there to be worked on, and I suggest very strongly you think about who you give your business to as well. Get A BACKBONE OWNER AND your WIFE as well!!! Very POOR business!! I know I have to select a star rating in order to post my review. I wouldn't give them ONE star if I didn't have to. read more
