The best installation of tint I've seen yet, literally no defects on any of the film's or any debris or bubbles at all. These guys definitely know what they are doing and it always blows my mind seeing how good some window tinters are. Jeff did an amazing job on my car! I've had 5 cars tinted now, all over the country and honestly eclipse's is the best quality I've had. There are literally no bubbles, wrinkles, wavy areas etc. every window is top notch. I had him put on 15% ceramic which was more expensive but turned out decent. If I had to do it again I would have stuck with metallic like I've gotten for the past 15 years and loved. The 15% ceramic is nice but turned out a tad lighter/smokier than I imagined but still really clean. I had my windows tinted with Eclipse and I had an issue with one of the windows. I spoke to the owner and explained the situation. He was rude to me on the phone and didn't want to deal with me. This happened about a year ago and left a negative feedback because of his customer service. Apparently, he contacted Yelp to have my negative review removed so he can maintain 5 stars. Last, and final update since Lee continues to change his comments on my post. Lee has since apologized (and edited his comments numerous times) after calling me "fake" "liar" "coward", and I accept his apology. I feel like I left an honest review though. I had two bad tint jobs, and waited till the second one to write a negative review. I did call Lee when I saw how bad my windows looked, and took my car back. He fixed two of the windows, but did not want to fix the rest. After first calling me a liar and a fake he seems now to remember my car vividly, and says there was nothing wrong with my other windows. We'll agree to disagree. He says their policies and procedures have changed, and their quality has improved. I hope so. My intentions were never to bash Lee or his business, but to just leave an honest review. After I left my first review it was removed along with other negative reviews, and all of a sudden his rating went from a 2.5 to almost a 5 after a bunch of 5 star ratings appeared. That's why I left that tip, and another review. I never said Yelp posted fake reviews, but everyone knows there are fake accounts that post fake reviews. Because of speculation I will delete that tip, but I stand by my negative review, and that other tip. You should definitely read Lee's comments toward his negative reviews lol, but I'm sure he's edited those too. Update (this was the first one) since Lee wants to be so rude and defensive. I went back to you because you're cheap, and I was thinking your quality couldn't get any worse, but you surprised me. Also, I do have a profile pic. He personally called me out saying how "I have never even been to the business" and "I was unwilling to understand". The after 3 years he magically remembers a play by play of what our interaction was. Really? IF I NEVER CAME TO HIS BUSINESS HOW DOES HE REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED? What a moron. Its pathetic how a owner responds to a scathing review by a customer with such hostility. NEVER GO HERE, because if you do, and give him a less than 5 star rating he will personally attack you online. Its deplorable, and pitiful that he did something like that and if you wish to see the proof I have actually screen shotted the conversation just in case he thinks deleting the message will solve the problem. I will also be reporting him to yelp to make sure that there are consequences to his pathetic actions.
