If I can give this place a 0 start I would. DON'T go here. First of all lee changes his prices. He tells you one price over the phone and when you go in to tint your car he tells you another price. He tinted my truck about 3 weeks ago. It looked ok when I took it home. I couldn't roll down my windows for a couple of day cus it was freshly tinted. So a week later I rolled down my windows and the tint job was garbage. The film didn't go all the way to the sides nor to the bottom..my windows aren't fully tinted you can see where light comes in from. And in the back they cut the tint in an angle on both windows and it just looks like garbage. Not professional at all. Oh by the way he gets offended if you ask him the brand of film that he uses. I went back to show him and asked him if he tint it again. He said "NO!! are you kidding me, no one is going to see it it's on the inside". I told him that's not the point, I can see it. And it's not a good tint job. He refused he said he'll give me my money back. But he only gaved me $80 back. I'm still out $100. And I have the WORST tint. I will NEVER go back again. read more

This place does not know how to run a business. Lee speaks to you as if you are stupid and he knows all the information you need. He will not tell you any specifics about the products that he uses besides that he uses "top quality films" and "they are the best films around." I tried to ask specific questions regarding film brand or heat rejection properties, and Lee got very defensive about his work and product. I would stay away from anyone that will not tell you what they are selling. Any tint shop will tell you what films they use. I would not come near believing his BS. Buyer beware. read more

I have been researching and calling other places, so I had a lot of questions and after I asked how they cut the film (computerized or with a blade), the guy refused to answer any of my questions! i told him I needed to know how my car would be treated if I was going to take it to his shop and he literally told me, "then don't come to my shop!" I won't ever go back there or recommend this place! As soon as we walked in the shop we were asked by the manager what shade of tint do you want..me and my boyfriend looked at each other and before we could even say anything he says to us c'mon you gotta hurry up I've got a busy schedule!! Very very rude!! When I picked My car up the back window wasn't even cleaned after they put the tint on on. It had drip marks and smudges ALL over the inside! 4.5 stars on the Weasel Scale! my old guy wanted $700 (ouch) so had to find someone else. wanted to get windows tinted before going back to LAS. Found these guys on yelp. Made appointment and went down. Lee consulted with me on shades (35 front/18 sides back sunroof/50 windshield) i was a little hesitant to tint the front windshield so lee took the time to show me what the 50 looked like and i decided to go with it. great recommendation to tint it. keeps the car cooler when in the sun, blocks uv from the front and reduces glare from oncoming headlights without causing everything to look dark. no problems seeing at night or in parking garages. they know what they are doing and did a great job with fit & finish. no ugliness around those little warts they put on the edges of windows now. happy with work and competitive price. will bring more cars to them. read more

Zero customer service skills what so ever. The owner Lee was very rude and argumentative. I attempted to make an appointment with him so he could fix my back window tint, in which I'm covered under warranty but he refused to do so because of a bad review my sister gave to him after he argued with her and was very rude. Word of advise Lee, hire someone that can handle appointments and customer service because that's not your strongest point. Who hangs up on a customer and refuses to deliver service that was promised to me when I originally purchased the tints plus warranty!? This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. read more
