First off, before I say anything, I really just want to give a HUGE shoutout to the tall smooth-like-Godiva-chocolate-brotha at the entrance because he is the reason why this whole shopping experience was wonderful. You are the real MVP and the reason why I'll be back to other Eclipse sample sales and bringing other friends. Today was the last day for the La Perla Sample Sale. They gave an extra 20% off your entire purchase if you bought 4 or more items and the sales were already good. The last day of any sample sale is usually a hit or miss because everything is usually picked over; but luckily I managed to find a few steals. They had everything for both men and women from lingerie, shoes, ready-to-wear, swimwear, and loungewear. The men's items were hard to find. I eventually saw them in a room where people were trying on their items. There is a $3 parking lot in the back of the Eclipse building. I unfortunately didn't bring any cash with me so I had to scour these L.A. streets to find metered parking which only have a 2 hour limit. I did get overcharged, but the guy at the entrance (the real MVP) connected me to someone who was able to make the adjustment. Just check your receipt before you leave and make sure you were charged the right prices. You can also email Eclipse (e-mail is contact@eclipse-official.com) and they can make the adjustments. Just send in a picture of your entire receipt. I initially emailed them, but decided just to go back to the store since I was still in the area. This sale was definitely worth it. I placed an order on June 2nd (over 6 weeks ago) and still didn't get it yet! When I check the status, it says that a label was created 4 weeks ago but the package was never dropped off at the carrier facility. I have sent them 6 or 7 email and got mixed messages....they keep telling me that the package is shipping soon or on its way!!!! very scammy read more

Eclipse has the BEST sample sales! The owner, Safa, is so sweet. The staff is always super helpful. I appreciate that the clothes are well-kept, unlike some of the other sample sales I've been to. Eclipse has rotating sales, with different designers/brands each week. You can typically find affordable prices on beautiful pieces. Toward the end of the sale, you can typically enjoy additional discounts on the merchandise. The dressing room does need an upgrade, and parking can be pretty horrific at times. But all in all, Eclipse will always have my business. read more

Do not order from them! I never got my $300 order... non existing costumer service. They got back to me about every 7 days with no resolution. Eventually had to call my credit card company and file a claim to get my money back. It is sad that a business would treat their costumers like this. read more

Their vip is overpriced for what you get if you are a male. Most of their sample sales are for womenswear. They also mentioned that there would be exclusive giveaways for vip members but it's been over 6 months without a vip member exclusive giveaway. read more

I bought a white sweatshirt online, but what I received was a blue sweatshirt. There wasn't an option to select color. So I wrote to customer service and you would think they would correct this error on their part, but they said it was final sale and after much deliberation they could refund me $15 of the $68 dollars. I filed a false advertising complaint with the BBB and let Eclipse know that. They deliberated again and agreed to refund me the entire $68. Waiting to see if I actually get a refund. Popped in for the A.L.C. sale today after work and was v impressed with the selection and prices (Day 2 - lots of stuff; from $35 knit tees to $350 leather jackets mostly production from 19' Spring 1 and 2). The staff was also chill, friendly and minding their own biz while I shopped. Open format dressing room major plus. Parking was easy at 6pm on a Tuesday (meter on Robertson). I should've read the reviews. I placed an online order over 3 weeks ago and have not received the order. I emailed them and got an auto reply that I would hear back in 24hrs.....it's been 4 days and nothing. My sister in law had a baby this week and everything I ordered was a gift for the newborn (it was a kids sample sale) now I have to rush buy a different gift and also figure out how to get my money back since they are non responsive. Horrible customer service. They sold me a pair of slippers that is defected. I ordered these slippers online, and once I tried on the right slipper, my foot was slanted to the right, and part of my foot was hanging outside. The band was sewn on crooked. I asked for a return and refund, and they refused many times to issue one. I just purchased more $750 worth of Rag & Bone merchandise from Eclipse online. One of the silk shirts arrived with a huge stain on the front under the front collar which makes it very hard to hide in addition to a strong mold odor. I emailed their customer service personal, Jorge, but he has been late to response, extremely rude in his remarks and unhelpful. I asked for the shirt to be replaced or be returned for credit. But he insists to just give a %10 discount. The shirt looks disgusting and no amount of dry cleaning can do the trick. I am very disappointed with their customer service. It's now September (4 months later) and they have been giving me the run around blaming covid. A few weeks is valid but a few months is not. The people working here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was shopping and set some items aside to run out and feed my meter. I was wearing a sweater and a small crossbody bag. I walked back in 3 minutes later and was stopped at the front door and told to remove my sweater and purse and leave them in the front in 50 degree weather and a surge of robberies in Los Angeles because of "store policy" I told him I was just in and ran out to feed my meter and come back and pay and would not be giving him my sweater and purse and he looked at me bewildered and just repeated it's store policy like a robot. This review is specifically related to their online sales. I ordered a bunch of items in early August which were sent to me in NYC. I was charged tax on every item including items under $110 dollars which are exempt from tax in NYC. I contacted their customer service and informed them of this and asked for a refund and was told it would be issued promptly. This was August 24th (3 weeks ago). To date I have not received the refund and I have emailed them back 5 times and have not gotten any reply at all. Besides illegally charging the tax their refusal to issue me the refund speaks volumes towards what type of company they are operating. The products were fine but buyer beware if you run into any type of issue the customer service is non existent. read more

I ordered a pair of shoes from Eclipse online and accidentally placed an order 2 sizes too small. When they arrived, I asked if I could get a refund or replacement. They claim to not refund any orders. I understand that a replacement might not be possible if the shoe is no longer in stock, but I was simply asking to return an unused item, which could then easily be resold. Don't order from them unless you are 100% sure your order will fit because they will not refund! This is easily overlooked when ordering. read more

They are thieves. Make sure when they charge your credit card, they don't overcharge you. Make sure when you catch them overcharging, they give you a REFUND CREDIT CARD receipt. Not just a refund receipt that has the same amount of the credit card charges on your receipt. They fool you in believing that the charge on this credit card is refunded because the charge is the same amount as the original charge. I know it is confusing ... and that is how they get you.
