The exterior looks like a mix of three attractions: a restaurant, a museum, & a movie theater. I can't say if all three of those things are really in there, it's just an impression. I will say that I am glad I took at chance at trying their food at a time when I was seriously hungry. I was invited to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose a table along the wall with a big TV right above me. I was greeted kindly, and given time to order my food, which I decided would be a couple fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, & cheesy grits. They were so good, with the hashbrowns being, as my partner put it, "The best he's ever had!" I personally enjoyed the patties the most, and the grits the least. The grits were made in a way that the shredded cheese was sprinkled on top of the grits instead of mixed in it, and I do not prefer that style. It was still good, just not as good as others I've tried. So that's why I'm not docking points; why be super critical on one side dish when everything else was an A+? I liked the wholesome feel of the restaurant, like everybody knew each other, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a bonus too. A couple came in with three cute dogs, and that just made me super happy (not to mention, it WAS on my birthday too). I would come here again if I return to Bisbee.

Normally, when I take a break from hookah, my first time doing it again is too harsh and I end up stopping. I'd been eyeing the lounge for a while but wasn't sure if I'd have that same harsh experience so I held off. My birthday being the next day, and needing to kill time before celebrating; I decided to give it a try and I must say the first hit was super smooth. If you like to try different flavors, they are sure to have something to suit your tastes. Happy Hour: On Wednesdays and Thursdays, they have happy hour where you can get discounted drinks (I drank Coronas and they were about $1 and some change each. They also do Karaoke on Thursdays as well as a poetry night. Me being up in age, these nights suit me fine, especially if you want to just chill and vibe without much sensory. I haven't been on the weekend yet, but I've been told those are the more lively nights. Definitely check it out on any night; you won't be disappointed! Pricing: Again, I've only been on a Wednesday night but for $20 or so you can have premium hookah and a beer and have a good night. These are really great prices for hookah so definitely don't miss out on the Happy Hour nights if you can't make the weekend or other nights. It's a cool after work unwind spot for sure. Hospitality: Customer service was stellar. You feel like you are at home walking in. The owner is very attentive and will ensure you are satisfied with your experience. (The staff even took a birthday shot with me)! As as "former party girl" who doesn't do much of anything these days; nor have I smoked hookah in quite some time; I realized that I am a lightweight now. The staff made sure I was safe and comfortable and said I could stay as long as I needed to recuperate! This shows their integrity, professionalism, and that they truly care about their patrons and for that, this will be my "spot" (AND I will bring others to join me in the near future). Atmosphere: I vibed to the music all night. Seating was comfortable, the space was clean and the lighting wasn't too bright. They have T.V.'s playing on each side of the venue and V.I.P. seating that can be reserved. I'll be back for sure.

It's meant to seat 4 people inside the bar area, but there's seating out in the hallway and there's a really great patio with plenty of seating. You have to climb a hill every time you go to the parking lot. The elevator didn't work during my trip, and judging by the reviews before my own, it probably won't work for you, either. You might have to climb 3 flights of stairs every time you need to go to your room. Yes, the air is thinner--this is about the same elevation as Prescott, or Denver. If you can brave these conditions, you will be rewarded! The atmosphere is as good as it gets, and you really feel like you've been sent back in time. There are so many cool, communal areas--a bar on the first floor, a lounge with a working piano on the second. You'll even find a balcony with some seating and one of the best views in town. It's in the center of downtown, and walking distance from almost anywhere around here you'd want to go. Not to say there isn't any room for improvement. The weather is splendid most of the year, I'm sure, but this uniquely scorching summer overpowered their antiquated AC in the middle of the day. I don't like the old-timey bathtub with the 360 curtain, but I have to admit that it looks cool. There's room for some sort of shelf in the bathroom, but I guess they never got around to that. The inconveniences are forgivable, and if you don't dwell on them so much it really helps immerse you into a sense of rugged Southwestern history.

So we left and were told we would not receive a refund for the 2nd night that we did not use- Stay away from this place!
