They work around his elderlly issues to provide him a quick, caring and thorough grooming experience and now our Charley Hussle receives the 5 Star treatment! Woofy Wash is always on time and always gives great communication setting up appointments, how far they are out before arriving to our home, ect. For just this alone I would use them over and over but there is one other factor that is also most important. My zero stress of not having to take them into a facility at 7 a.m. and then pick them up at 2 or 3 pm. Knowing he doesn't want to go and then have to sit in a kennel for hours. Woofy Wash is at our front door and then an hour later he is back inside our home prancing around and wagging his tail. She takes the cutest pictures of Charley Hussle and she is professional and friendly and personable. She truly cares for each dog and loves what she does. Now that I've been using DHDC for several months, I think I can give a complete review of their…read moreservices. They're pretty reliable. They let you know when they're going to be late. They also give you a chance to confirm future appointments by texting you a couple of days prior. They're also pretty responsive when you text them with questions. They're very good at deshedding my rottie (he sheds like crazy!). I had Andrew as a groomer for the first three or four times. Then I got Alaina. And the last groomer I had was Jo'Ann. Andrew was very thorough and detailed, but unfortunately he no longer works there. He even checked and expressed Duke's anal glands. Every appointment with Andrew was awesome!! Then Alaina, she either didn't cut/Dremelled Duke's nails at all or did very little. And afterwards, Duke got very sick: he became very lethargic, had poor appetite, had dry bumps all over his body, and his coat was falling out by the chunks. He needed to be taken to the vet and put on antibiotics and pain medication because he had such a horrible reaction to something (either cologne or maybe poorly sanitized equipment). It took about two weeks for him to feel better, but his coat was still falling out and he had dandruff all over (normally his coat is very shiny without dandruff). Our third groomer was Jo'Ann. This time I made sure that Duke was only bathed with their oatmeal shampoo and no cologne sprayed on him. Seems like she Dremelled his nails down. I asked her if she checked his anal glands because he has been licking back there a little too much and she told me that dogs get their anal glands expressed automatically while they defecate (yes, I know), but she didn't even check until I asked her. I wish all the groomers worked the same way. Again, Andrew was the most detail-oriented one and I wish he was still working there. I will keep using their service. However, I am somewhat hesitant to recommend them.

I'm Over it, the last time I pay that much to have her coming back shaved looking like a ratty poodle. A lady came out with pink head phones and did not give her name. she told me that she did not know what I was there for! I again explained I want a bath, brush towel dry and I would wait in the front office so they didn't have to kennel my dog! she said she didn't understand what I wanted? at this point I decided that for my dogs saftey I would not leave my baby with this person who seemed to be very irritated at me for asking for a small accommodations so my dog would have a good experience .
