John showed up at my house exactly on time, picked up my box of 10 - 25 year old family taped, transferred each tape as a high quality MP4 file, put them on a high quality thumb drive, dropped off my original tapes and new thumb drive at my house, helped me upload the MP4's from the thumb drive to my laptop, and reviewed them on my laptop to show me the results. He saved each tape as a an individual MP4 file for me and named them to match each of my tape labels. They turned out better than I expected, absolutely perfect video quality! I copied all of the movies from my laptop to a shared OneDrive folder in the cloud so my family can view them from anywhere whenever they want. I can even view them on my iPhone via OneDrive.
