After speaking with Paul, seems very knowledgeable and told us which design is best for our business and I was impressed. He told us to send some pictures to their email address and will get back to us asap. After speaking with him I told him I would send the pictures as we speak, 2 weeks pass by, I called explaining to another male representative and his response was "sorry we are UNDERSTAFFED and busy with a few other projects and will have Paul get back to us. We are a business as well and need communication at least saying, we are busy and will take a couple weeks to finish your project. Nope, didn't even get that. Called a week later and their response was, we are so sorry we just are backed up. So fair enough, but you wasted my time thinking everything was going to run smoothly. If you are a business or need work done, they are very busy and will not get back to you or even give you a response back until you call them and short staffed so it will probably take a long time to finish. read more

Paul and his team at speed pro are amazing. My company has used many sign companies over the past 9 years. (Franchised or mom and pops). They deliver on time, are reasonably priced and most importantly have the equipment to do the jobs correctly. I visited the showroom and it was nice to see the big printers. Some of the previous companies we used would cut two pieces and match them together, this leaves room for error. If a piece does not leave their shop with the correct stamp of approval it is re-printed and done correctly. When I was visiting they were wrapping about 50 vehicles for the small company that started an online shopping and delivery service. This company also sells you AdWords campaigns. Any guesses?? The Speedpro team has helped me out on several occasions and they have gotten the job done right every time. Recently I had some high quality banners printed for a sale I have and they all came out perfect and the product was delivered on time. In the past, they have printed custom stickers that I used in marketing, signs for my business, window clings that I used when marketing one property and other stuff over time. Unlike some other sign shops, they seem to have the capacity to print large numbers of sings, varying sizes of work, either vinyl or directly onto plastic and other materials, car wraps and a lot of other things. I have used some other graphics printing companies up and down the Peninsula and I find Speedpro to have competitive prices to the others and a better team. There are sometimes questions that arise about my orders and they communicate well and efficiently and get the job done right the first time. Since they are local, if you have anything you want to modify, you can usually get changes done that day. read more

Recently, I was working with a client who needed a free-standing banner in order to hide a lobby office directory. I had received an ad that Speedpro was offering a deal on a banner stand. I called the salesperson to make sure that the product would suit our needs then purchased a banner. The client didn't have the image ready yet but we were told we could get it into them as late as a week or two before. A few weeks before the client's event date I had a graphic designer get the image print ready. I guess there was information lost in the transaction because when I went to pick up the banner, it was only 4' high (I had told the salesman it needed to be at least 6' high). They agreed to re-print the banner and have it ready in time for the event. A few days later, I went to pick up the corrected banner and was told that the company would cover the cost of the re-print. Regardless of who was to blame for the mistake, I thought that Phil handle the situation completely professionally by offering to correct the problem at no charge. I am already planning on doing some additional business with them and would have no problem referring them to other clients. Thank you! read more
