Knowing what I know now, I would have gone to speed pro in san carlos. Higgy did my signed for my new business and decals. I spent nearly 4k My external sign fell off and nearly hit a mother and daughter walking by bc it was held on with tape. That could have sliced them in half nice new business liability. Oh and the first one wasn't done right and he had to redo it and then the color was off. Then took me 2.5 months get ahold of him to complete my interior decals. The most important one was my photo wall, which he did with a gloss finish. Now I have to have it redone with another company. Never gave me an invoice which I've been trying to track him down for another month. Other company's think its a liability to put a matt costing over with wall wrap which i paid 800$ for. Don't wast your time with decal doctors, its not work the time or money. Go to fast signs or speed pro, just my advice. read more

Nice waste of gas. Gave this place a call at 9:52 AM and was told they were out of office for 35-40 minutes. I arrived at 11:17 AM and the doors were shut. I gave them a call and was told to wait an additional 40 minutes. Seriously? Is this a business or some sort of side hustle to only be open random times? Heads up for other customers: 1. Parking is was horrible there so I had to walk 100 yards just to find out the owner was not there. 2. Don't be on a time crunch if you want service here. He might take 3 hours to meet you. 3. This business is run by one guy only. He's the owner and worker. I love supporting our local businesses but what I don't like is wasting my time and that's what this business did. I went in on a Monday morning I had couple shirts and sweaters that I needed our business advertisement on them. He said he would do the job but to check back with him on Wednesday because he was going to work on a logo for our shirts. I called Wednesday he still hadn't work on the logo because he was backed up with work. Ok I get it. No problem I told him I would check the following week. The following week I sent him an email asking if he was going to be able to work on my shirts and sweater. Well I never got a response from him. That's a very poor customer service and trust me I know because I also run a small local business. Maybe our order was too small for him and not make him enough money but he should've told me that since the beginning instead of wasting my time and gas. read more
