Chewing gum while talking to me in a manner that was so rude and impatient! It's sad that a FedEx customer service is very obvious that he is a lot more nicer to Caucasians. This guy was the most unprofessional and most rude customer service rep that I've ever encountered at all FedEx location that I've been to. I can't even name him because he wasn't wearing his name tag, and if he was wearing it, it wasn't visible at all. Started helping this Caucasian lady while he was helping me and I could tell the difference of how he spoke to her versus how he spoke to me. It is such a shame that FedEx has this kind of worker!

My mom visited this store Friday to ship something out next day. But after my mom had paid and was ready to go the employee who was helping told my mom that she should have gotten to the store earlier so the employee didn't have to rush. My mom felt like she was being talked down to by the employee when she had already explained to her that she was coming from another fedex because they already had their pickup. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior by this employee. I understand kindly letting them know as a courtesy but talking down to them is disgusting.
