They did a great job for my brochures. Back in May, I ordered brochures from Overnightprints, but they were so bad, I had to send them back. So when Moqiin Press was recommend by my friend recently, I decided to try. I am so glad I did! I gave them the same file from May (the one I sent to Overnightprints), but the color came out better and folded edges are much nicer. Tony was very prompt about letting me know when a sample was done and my order was ready. My order was small, but still, it only took 2 days to finish. I am very happy with them. I called and the receptionist who answered was incredibly rude and short with me. Before I could finish my sentence she told me to hold. I tried to continue to finish my sentence and she cut me off again to say "We are incredibly busy". If you're that busy then you should probably hire another customer service representative. The only reason I am giving three stars is once I was able to get ahold of my contact Tony, he was very polite, helpful and even though he gave me the same line "We are incredibly busy" he still was concerned about ensuring our project was completed and sent over to us. read more

I will come back to Moquin for all my printing needs for the customer service alone. I was treated like an absolute VIP, even though I only ordered a small printing job. Angelica is a rockstar customer service representative who went above and beyond her duties to treat me with extreme care and attention. She gave me coffee, answered all my dumb questions, and even had a friendly chat with me while I waited for my brochures to finish up. Just got back home and opened up my product from Moquin and it looks absolutely great! I originally tried a print shop down the street from my home in Mountain View but the quality was very low for the price I paid. If I am paying for quality I want quality and that's what Moquin Press delivered. Outside of usual reorder of 750 business cards, I also needed specific brand labeling for my boxes that I distribute to my customers, so they recognize my product. On top of that I needed some stickers, well what they called "labels" for my cylinder shaped products and that was no problem for them as well. Everything I asked for came out great and I definitely will be revisiting them soon! I just set up an online site with them so I can reorder my products whenever I want! They have been fabulous to work with, their prices are competitive, and their quality standards are consistently high. This review is long overdue. Green Hills Country Club Ladies' club has been using them for our roster for years. They had all of our files stored so it was easy to retrieve and update. After updating our roster, I went down to pick up the proof; but it wasn't ready. Since I was unable to pick it up the next day and it was urgent to get the printing for distribution, Moquin Press delivered it to my house! Alas, it was proofread and our roster was done. I went to Moquin Press the other day and the printing turned out wonderful. My CSR Tony was great and everything came out perfect. The reception staff on the other hand could use a little work.
