No it's not all fancy from the outside but good lord did that lovely girl do a fanTASTIC job on my cuticles and my polish and my heels and all the extras they pack into that pedi was such a nice change! I still love them and will hit it up for sure.... but I will also go out of my way every now and again for the New West Nails love.

My favourite Nail salon is Modern nails in Yaletown; this location in Langley is their sister…read moreshop. They do high end nail art here and the work is impeccable. You will always have at least two girls on you working their magic. The work they do is truly astonishingly good. For a basic Mani pedi ( no gel) is more expensive than I am accustomed to. They charge $58. You have to factor in tax and tip your spending around $77-$85, which is alot, however you won't be disappointed. They do a hot stone massage in your legs and feet but no hand massage or foot massage afterwards which was disappointing. I will save this location for getting nail art and acrylic tips only. A basic mani pedi should only be $50. I can find other places for that.

So she made my nails short I'm not happy with that, second the paint job is horrible and twice I heard customers on the phone say that they're nails were already peeling off, which is not a good thing to hear when you're getting your nails done, they're good at pedicures but that's abt it I don't recommend going here unless you want the nail tech to say no to what you want Update: I got my nails done on friday and I have had to reglue 7 nails.

Not at all relaxing, some of the tech's are downright rude which makes the lack of service even worse. The entire pedicure took about 30 mins and was extremely unpleasant. The older gal here needs to quit her job as she clearly doesn't like what she does. Don't waste your money here as a matter of fact, Fraser health should be called. Absolutely appalled

Absolutely terrible service. We used to come here all the time since they opened but didn't return…read moreafter mediocre service back in December. I was surprised at the time but we decided to give them another chance as they had been good in the past. I booked an appointments for manicures and pedicures for my two girls 5 days in advance. Big mistake. We arrived for our appointment and there were only three techs for 5 people who were already in the salon. With us, that was 7 people there for services. It appeared to me that the 3 people sitting in the pedicure chairs were just beginning their pedicures. The tech asked me if we had an appointment and I responded that we did. I asked her if it would be long as I had another appointment to go to and she said they would take one of my daughters right away and the second one within 10 minutes. It was not right away. We sat there and she called my first daughter up 20 mins later. She put her in the chair for the pedicure, filled the water up, had her soak her feet for less than a minute and then immediately emptied the water. I sat there completely stunned while my daughter looked at me and shrugged. The tech (owner of the salon) then proceeded to race through cutting her toenails and removing cuticles. This did not resemble any kind of pedicure service we had ever experienced anywhere. It was then that I noticed that the tech was using the same pedicure tools that had been used on the customer who had been sitting in the chair beside my daughter on her. The tools had not been sanitized. My other daughter was called up in the middle of this. By this point, we were 30 mins past our appointment time. She had my second daughter sit in the chair and then proceeded to go back to a different client. At this point, I had had enough. I told both of my daughters to get up and that we were leaving. I told the owner that if they were running late for my appointments, they should have informed me as I made my appointment 5 days prior. She said nothing. No apology, nothing. When we got home, I noticed that the sides of my daughter's toes had been nicked by the tools used, most likely because the tech was rushing so much to finish. Absolute garbage customer service. Unsanitary tools. Rushing through services. There are a lot of nail salons in Langley to choose from. We won't be going back to this one and I can't see them lasting much longer if this is their new standard of service.
