I went in with my daughter and granddaughter for a fun girls experience. We will never go back. The two woman who did our nails were rude and it felt immediately like they just wanted us out the door. What should have been a good time for us was completely ruined not only by their attitude but the job they did. The following day 3 of my nails were chipped and by the next day 6 were. Terrible place to go to. read more

floors were dirty. The girl was rushed. Two of my nails were crooked. She did not follow what I asked. And I don't appreciate people talking behind my back another language. I will not be recommending you and I will never come back. read more

TLDR: 50min wait even with reservation, didn't put top coat on multiple fingers, lifted nail off nail bed in multiple places while cutting nail and didn't fix, bubbles and dents all over pedicure. NEVER RETURNING!! If they have the decency, they'd issue a refund. Long version: I had an appointment for 3 of us. I arrived 5mins before the appointment time. A lady asked what I was there for and I told her I had an appointment. She told me to sit. We waited for about 15mins - no guidance on where to look at shellac colors or estimations on the wait. After waiting we were seated at the pedicure chair. Another 25mins pass and still no progress on the pedicure. I finally asked if I could get out by a certain time as I had a work meeting I had to get to and I have been waiting for 40+ mins by now. Told me that they are busy and they will get to us when they can. Another 10mins pass and nail technicians finally come. They start clipping the toenails. I jolt from pain from the nail technician digging and cutting up the nail and yanking it out. She tells me to not move. Which is unacceptable - shouldn't she be doing it and not causing pain? My mom who was getting her toes done next to me, while they were clearing her cuticles, the technician cut her. Didn't even acknowledge. Clearly they were rushing and the our pedicure results shows. There are bubbles everywhere and dents on nails because they kept dropping the LED lamp on the freshly painted toes. My sister had a mani pedi combo nail appointment with Vicky. But appointment was done by someone else. It was my sister's first time getting her nails done. While the technician cut her nails, she broke it in two places middle of her nail. Her nail started bleeding ofcourse because it's lifted off her nail bed. She then proceeded to do her manicure without even trying to fix the broken nail. Let's look past that, she then proceeds not putting top coat on nails she got French manicure done. Multiple places left bare, just white lines. I had to put some on when she came home. Even on nails that she did put a top coat, because she didn't wait for it to dry, white streaks bleeding down. Extremely unprofessional and unskilled. read more

I had an appointment for 2pm but it was made last minute and they were very busy as it was a Sunday and most other salons that are open on Sundays were closed for Chinese New Year. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry but they weren't able to get started on me until 2:45. They were friendly and did a good job so I was mostly happy but maybe the should just be honest with themselves if they won't be able to fit everyone in. Less stressful for everyone. read more

I had a very bad experience with my shellac manicure ... these pictures are only after two days. My cuticles were cut and bleeding on three fingers during the manicure. The polish was applied not all the way to the cuticle so it already looks grown out and is peeling and lumpy. I called to have this fixed and they were very rude to me on the phone. I was not able to speak to a manager as they said they were on vacation and did not know when they would be back. Terrible customer service and overall a bad experience it would not recommend sassy nails. read more

This is by far the worst salon in Langley. I left after an hour and a half and still had some of my original polish on my toes not to mention a botched pedicure. It was by far the most unsanitary, disgusting experience I've ever had. The lady doing my pedicure was sharing the same tools with the lady next to me (EW!) This salon is also extremely messy, half the pedicure chairs are broken and they try to rip you off by asking always for cash so they don't have to claim it for taxes. I highly advise against going to Sassy Nails! Any other place is better than this horrible, unprofessional and unsanitary nail salon!!! read more

Sassy Nails - As you can see, polish everywhere on my toes. My nails were cut way to short and by far the worst pedicure I've ever had!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Langley, British Columbia

Other than this place looks like they use clean nail supplies, I was disappointed with the overall service. Do pay attention to brand of polish. Some of the polish is the generic variety and the swatches they provide does not reflect that. It could have taken 3 or 4 coats for the swatches to show up and that means your nails will chip easier with too many coats. I recommend sticking to the China Glaze or OPI polishes. If you are paying for a $30 pedicure, the least you can do is pick a better quality polish. Two colour coats max as you have a base coat and top coat to consider. Service was so fast as though they wanted you out the door ASAP. Usually a pedicure would be about an hour. I was finished in 30 minutes. Scrub was brief. Massage was brief. My nails were not shaped properly as they were also quickly filed. The nail technician told me that my nails were dry without checking. There was no fan or aerosol spray to make sure the nails were dry. Disposable flip flips were applied for 2 seconds on my feet before another staff told my nail technician to remove them so I sat for a bit to wait for my nails to set even though my nail technician was trying to usher me to put my shoes on and leave the pedicure station when no one else was getting a pedicure. The service was not relaxing. It looks like they were trying to be cheap and fast, but the place was not busy. There were 3 customers at that time. If they do not want you to sit around to make sure your nails are dry, the owner should provide the resources to make sure your nails are not ruined before you get to your car. read more

This new salon is so nice and clean, the staff and owner (Cindy) are friendly, fun & sassy (as their name so implies). Prices are comparable to other nail salons. Had shellac mani & pedi done. Both took time on me and were incredibly gentle. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the pedicure and how well the dead skin was taken off. Will definitely be making this my new go-to nail salon. read more

Don't go here if it's an hour before closing. They rush through the service to get you in & out and the outcome is horrible. I got a shellac done and they completely missed the edges of my nails and cuticles. I won't be going back. read more

The girl that did my nails was very nice... offered me an extra service which I happily accepted, as I had never had it before, it was lovely. However, the actual pedicure, (I was busy working on my phone as my job demands it, I just trust they are doing there job that I do not have time for) they did not actually scrape/etc the toe nails at all. I asked her specifically 'how much extra for a bit longer massage' - she didn't know english well... and I barely got a 2 second massage. They didn't mind offering that 'other service' though to make more monies. Upon getting home, I noticed that the 'gel' polish had not set 100%. I am used to salons spraying with alcohol to properly set and remove the residue from the Shellac/gel polish. She did not. Mediocre job. I went there once before..decided to give it another shot, I will not return, I no longer care if it is 'closer' its just not worth the $$$ when they do not care about their customers enough read more

These ladies are amazing and I feel like I am treated like family. Very professional and great prices! Highly recommend this salon!

Only good for Shellac nails as they have a big selection of colours and decent pricing. Came for a pedicure & total service was 30 minutes and felt rushed when place was empty. The colour I chose took 4 coats to apply for opacity and after 30 minutes was told to leave and put on shoes. There was no fan and they did not check to see if the toes were dry. Disposable flip flops were not offered as something was mumbled and the girl put them away. I ended up driving home to realize that colour came off toes and called them and was told to go in to get it fixed. I went back and the girl who did my nails did not look at me. Owner asked me if I put on normal shoes & I told her the girl told me to put shoes on and to leave. I tried to explain I do not want the same colour if it takes 4 coats and will not dry in 30 minutes and the girl did not understand. I had to explain and ask for a new colour a few times before she understood. I brought flip flops to get it fixed as I know they would not give disposable ones. The owner told me to be careful when I left as they gave me an option to stay and wait or leave. I will not return. read more

Do not go here. I've had bad enough experiences that I made a yelp account just so I can post a review and warn you all. The first time I went I got an amazing $24 shellac job. I was amazed at how efficient the girl was and the price and color options. However. I returned a week later with a walk in, she hesitantly said they could take me. Well they clearly couldn't, because they had someone who has clearly never done nails before. It took an hour to have my previous shellac removed (should take 10-15 min max), she had me put my foiled nails under the UV light. She opened up every nail, scratched at it a bit, and then put MORE alcohol on them (already dripping out and drying me up completely) and wrapped up again. Repeated for every nail about three times. She eventually didn't even scrape off with the help of alcohol? She used the cylinder nail tool to take my polish off which, if you know how those work, they thin your nails out like unreal. She wrecked my nails completely. I walked out without paying after the hour of my nails being taken off and had them finished elsewhere. After having such a wonderful first experience, I decided to try one more time (what a fool I am) but I thought maybe I'd get better service if I made an appointment. My friend and I made appointments, long story short. My friend probably had the girl I had the first time. Flawless job, amazing even coats. I had a girl who couldn't understand that I wanted sparkles on one nail on top of the color. I ask the girl who was doing my friend to explain to her what I wanted and she wouldn't. It took about 15 minutes and a sub-par job to get the glitter on one nail, and then she tried to charge me for a full manicure at the end when she didn't soak my hands, do any cuticle or shaping work. I paid for just the shellac in the end, however my friend was charged $10 extra for a full manicure (soaking and cuticle work) that she didn't ask for. This place is outrageously awful and too much of a gamble to ever return. My nails are lumpy and thinner than they've ever been. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I went in an hour before close to get a fill done, I just moved to the area and needed a new nail place.. it was my first time going here and I loved it! She did such a good job, one of the best sets of nails I've had and she was fast and friendly ... they look amazing!!!! So happy, would 10/10 recommend and it was the best price I've seen for nails! read more

It says on yelp open 11-6 Sundays however after driving out of my way to try this spot it's closed SUNDAYS!

3 star, the guy that was doing my nails got mad because i was taking a photo. He told me if i didnt like my naiks that i can go somewhere else...i was a bit confused by that, then i noticed all the bad reviews on yelp. I guess he was paranoid for a reason. read more

A small group of us girls from Seattle desperately needed pedicures and manicures. Sassy nails was able to get us in same day, on a Friday even when everyone else was booked. Great exfoliation on the feet and best shellac on my finger nails that I've had so far. Everyone there was so friendly and they pointed us to the best areas for places to eat and do. Boy were they spot on for telling us to head to Richmond for the best bbq duck! Overall great service and we never felt rushed, even when it took a few polish choices to get the right one. Oh and I prefer places that use the bowls with water for pedis, because its more sanitary, you still get the jets though so don't let that turn you away! read more
