He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, does excellent work, and takes great care of the property while he's working. He also leaves everything incredibly clean when he's finished. On our most recent job, he hauled away the old water softener, took all of the packaging and debris with him, and swept up afterward. It's clear that he takes pride in his work from beginning to end. Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.

Got an emergency repair done by another company, who then wanted to line the remaining 75 feet with CIPP at a base price of around $250 per linear foot. The lining recommendation was correct, but the cost for 75 feet at $250 per foot is not reasonable. Hydro Brothers gave me a straight answer over the phone at for the same CIPP installation scope. They came out after the other company had finished the emergency repair, scoped the line, confirmed the general cost given over the phone, and scheduled the work. Prep work started Thursday and the liner went in Friday. They told me up front how long we would be without the sewer while the liner cured and that timeline was exact. They also reconfigured some existing sewer line connections so they flow better. They've earned a repeat customer. I wish I had called them first.

This is an update on my last review on this company. Today, we called them at 5pm again, (for the…read more4th time) to help us with a clogged toilet/ shower, Albert turned up (1.5 hours late) at 8:00pm and hydrojetted my bathroom pipe and then pumped out our septic tank for a total of $1075. We asked them if they could give us a loyal customer discount, the woman, Albert's partner, flat out refused and was NOT nice about it either. When we told our neighbors how much they charged us for hyrojetting and pumping out 1 septic tank, they told us they had definitely over charged us by at least $300. To be completely honest, I feel like a fool for keeping hiring these people and letting them over charge us time and time again. I'm writing this review now, so you will not make the same mistake we did. We thought customer loyalty means something to this company, and apparently the only thing that matters is just money and greed. They just saw us as easy going, gullible people, to take advantage of. They will rip you off EVERY TIME, doesn't matter how many times you've hired them. By the way, the lady knows nothing about customer service. My final words to this company (mostly to the mean woman calling the shots), if you're going to overcharge your customers, the least you could do is be NICE to them.
