I was recommended to use EC buy my neighbor down the street. I called and Elmer answered. I explained I had a head leaking a lot of water and needed help. He told me how to turn the water to sprinklers off but I explained I was disabled in a wheelchair. Elmer rushed right over and turned it off. He fixed the leak quickly. Elmer was amazing. We have had a broken sprinkler pipe somewhere under our concrete patio. He was the only person willing to come and look at the project with no deposit. He quickly identified the issue, sent me pictures of how he would cut the concrete and was very careful to do as little damage and patchwork to ensure that the patch was in an area which would not be seen much. After cutting the concrete he discovered the leak was further down than expected. Rather than cutting more holes in our patio he ran a complete new line and fixed our issue. All of this was completed within 48-hours of contacting him. I was also impressed that he did all of the work and didn't collect any money from us until the job was 100% completed. Let me begin by saying that Elmer is AWESOME! My grass has drastically changed its appearance due to the California sun and looking at my yard made me feel awful! I have a sprinkler system and after a recent get together at my home, most of the sprinklers stopped working properly. EC Irrigation corrected what should have been fixed almost a year ago. I had a leak in my sprinkler line. Ironically, I had contacted EC Irrigation (unfortunately, we were not able to connect). I then relied on someone else and their solution was to place a clamp over the leak (they did not have welding experience) . It worked for awhile. I noticed water pooling and felt/heard that prior "mushy/soggy" sound on my grass. I called Elmer @ EC Irrigation. Elmer came out and looked @ my backyard situation. We set an appointment. The sprinkler line was fixed (welding) / new sprinkler heads installed (prevents continual dripping) / a control valve (also leaking).
