This is my second time at this establishment. First time was my daughter's birthday and it was horrible. Second time was my nephews birthday (thinking it may have been a bad day the first time). It was also horrible. I spent a ton of money for my party and was literally pulled off the skate floor with my daughter's party (who by the way is 8) by the front desk girl because i didn't pay for MY skate pass. Meanwhile i just payed $200 for a party. I was beside myself...Who was going to watch/observe this party? So i had to pay for a skate pass to be able to observe my young kids on top of the already large bill. They brought pizza and pop. Never saw them again. The second time around i was more of an observer. The front desk took my skates till i payed for my wrist band while i attended my nephews birthday party (at that point, I wasn't sure if i was skating or not and i wasn't allowed to even take them back without a paid wrist band). Then we decided to play laser tag (which is very fun btw). The rules were not explained to us and the girl (with a star on her face) was clearly irritated by everything on earth. We had 22 people and payed $144 and the girls behind the counter mocked my family member as i stood there because my family member basically took the clip board and did their job while they rolled their eyes and gossiped about her. This place was beyond unprofessional. I approached the owner who was not very understanding and i feel sorry for the employees who have to be hawks and bad guys in this establishment. (I was even asked to take my drink (water) back to my car). The skate floor is not even (bumpy), You can't skate fast, backwards or listen to a full song (disco) without them blowing a whistle and making the floor just girls, just boys, just adults, just kids..... My kids and i really wanted to love this place. We spent a lot of money and we tried twice. read more

Our family came yesterday, Wed.,June 30th for a fun time of skating, bowling, & laser tag for a birthday, after checking this site that it was open. When we got there, all our hopes for a good time were dashed as it was closed, & there wasn't time to do anything else. I work full time Friday & Saturday, so can't come back then. What a pity this site wasn't updated!!! Guess we'll keep going on the Dixie Queen in N. Webster, as their information is always updated. So sad!!! read more

It was my first time at Eby's and I did not know that I could not skate fast. As I'm skating it is hard to hear with the loud music and I was going fast. I guess someone told me twice to slow down but yet I could not hear them. Someone finally came up to me and completely was so disrespectful to me yelling at me and she would not let me explain to her that I could not hear and I meant no disrespect. I thought that was so unprofessional. So we then left a little after. My other friend that was with me simply asked for her shoes back because she got speed skates we both have not been here before so we don't know the rules and regulations. So she was being sassy and said that you have to take your skates off first and then she sat them down and she said give them to me rudely. I don't know if she was having a good day or not. She then talked to my boyfriend and had said I'm sorry for acting out I'm from elkart and so on. So I decided to go back up and told her I herd you apologized so I forgive you in a kindly way and then she said oh I wasn't saying sorry to you I was saying sorry to the girl which is my friend for it getting out of hand like that. Well I then eventually got to talk to her barley and I told her I meant no disrespect I could not hear and I am sorry, I thought I should be the bigger person and say that, I'm not saying your not the bigger person but I'm just saying and then she finally said sorry to me and gave me a fist bump. It shouldn't take that long for someone to be so kind. I would've been fine with not skating fast but she came at me so disrespectfully other than that it was good. read more

Buyer beware. Only pay as you go if you plan on visiting here. Booked parties do not have any sort of priority for use of facilities. I just attended a party where they had booked 3 hours of unlimited skating and laser tag and was only anle to play laser tag once. The party was rudely told that they needed to manage their time better when they kept getting turned away at the counter for signing up for the next game. When the party complained, management started to change prices on how much they would be charging. At one point, they threatened to charge $750 for 12 people to skate, play tag, and 3 pizzas & soda. Entirely unprofessional customer service. Pay as you go only and do not trust any package deals. read more

Terrible experience this was our first time visiting the establishment we paid to pay laser tag and was instructed to go in the snack bar and wait we waited for an hour and a half and and asked the front desk twice if we were to wait inside. no one greeted us and told us we had to sign up to play laser tag we were just told to go sit and they would come get us when it was our turn!! Now the place isn't that big so they saw us sitting in there talking laughing and we even went back to the front to ask twice when it will be our turn and to make sure we were doing the waiting thing the right way!!! We also paid for a drink and the young girl kind of just left me standing there did not ask if we could be helped after about and hour and a half we noticed other people that came in had went in to play me come out never was told we had to check in the snack and so we're just sitting no one talking to us or anything so we just decided to leave the lady was nice enough to refund our money but we will never go back again!!!! read more

Always a fun place to bring my kids. My 4 yr old especially loves when they do the limbo.

We had my daughters birthday party here last year and are getting ready to do another one because it was so good. The value of unlimited laser tag and skating on Wednesday's is unbeatable! Great job!!!!! read more

This is a really great place to take the kids on a rainy/cold day, for their birthday party or just a fun night out. They have lots of activities to choose from - rollerskating (with all the fun skate activities from back in the day), laser tag, video games and a full snack bar including nachos and pizza. My kids beg me to keep bringing them back! read more

My children came home from this place reeking of nasty musty mold smell from head to toe. The smell was so bad on their hair that they had to shampoo their hair twice to get rid of the smell. And you could still smell some of it in their hair. Plus their clothes I had to wash them immediately the smell was so over whelming on them. There was NO way they were gonna go to bed reeking of that smell. Might be a fun place for the kids BUT the smell isn't. read more

We enjoyed the laser tag here. Pretty remote location. We wanted to play multiple games in a row and got bumped for 30 minutes for a birthday party, so if you want to throw a party here- you get priority, so that would be good. We will be back. read more
