Our pool leak during the hottest days of the summer was concerning. We called Eric and him and his team arranged to come out in the same week! (I had called other places and they were not able to come out for weeks- I couldn't wait. I was losing 2 inches a day.) His team worked in the hot sun fixing our pool in just one day! Extra Bonus- we have textured concrete which they did a great job to match. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EB Leak Detection! Thank you! read more

We had an excellent experience working with EB Leak Detection. The chemical levels in our pool would keep falling and we suspected a leak. Erik did a thorough leak detection and found the leak in the skimmer area. He also proposed a long term fix which he provided with a 1 year guarantee. All the work was scheduled and attended to promptly and work was done on time. The cost was the most competitive among several vendors that I checked with in Folsom area. Highly recommended if you have leak and need it fixed! read more

We were so pleased that our pool service recommended this company. Eric and Travis arrived on time and did a very thorough leak test, finding the problem area. Aaron dug out the newly poured pool deck and showed us the PVC pipe that was punctured by the concrete company during their demo. He was so helpful with politely showing the concrete company owner the issue. He worked efficiently and did a perfect cleanup. Aaron was a delight to work with. All three of these guys were polite, efficient, on time, etc. Don't hesitate to use them. read more

This review is for the amazing customer service. I had scheduled an appointment for leak detection services but my family was able to gather help and resolve the issue for me. Erik has great customer service and I felt so bad for canceling because of it. If I ever hear of anyone needing leak detection, I'll recommend EB Leak Detection! read more

Erik was amazing! We were digging for sewer line replacement and building a fence. We tried the 811 "Call before you dig" but the gas meter is on the front house and the line to the back house was our line & something that PG & E wasn't able to mark or locate. I found Erik on Yelp and he was perfect in locating the gas line and marking it and sending us a report complete with pictures via email as well. We really appreciated how quickly he was able to come over & assist. His great service kept our contractors from being delayed and our project on schedule. 100% recommend!!!! read more

Stunning service level. Ultra fair pricing and up-front estimate disclosure. Everything was in writing. The owner (Erik) was right on-time and also took his time during the job; never being rushed or hurried. When the job was over, everything was discussed and the entire area was left clean. I'm a Rocklin resident and another plus here is that you'll be working with a local and reputable business. Overall, a solid 5-stars. read more

Leak under concrete of our pool and Erik was able to successfully detect in less than an hr, and give us an idea how to fix the problem 2 ways. We appreciated the input and used them to fix as well. Overall impressed with his professionalism, on time, reasonable fees, and a job well done. Will keep in my book for future for sure! I contacted other businesses prior and seeing Erik's yelp reviews really made me want to work with him, and he did not fail to deliver just like the reviews show it. read more

I highly recommend the company. Erik with EB Leak Detection was amazing. I had a major pool leak that was leaking about 2 inches per day. Eric, Ryland and Jordan were all awesome!! We have pressure for the fist time in 20 years!!!! Thank You!!

Erick was through and professional. After he pressure tested the shower handle valve and piping he quickly diagnosed a faulty shower drain flange... he even offered to look at any other problems we might have since he still had time before his next appointment. He tested some warped baseboards I had recently noticed on our other shower, and was able to determine everything was dry and the damage was also from the previous owners. read more

I am a super happy customer of EB Leak Detection. We started seeing water come up through our flooring in the kitchen. After getting the run-around from our home warranty contracted plumper, we decided to instead call EB. Erik came out promptly and was on-time and very professional and patient. He was very thorough in running various tests to pinpoint the source of the leak. His pricing was very reasonable and transparent and his contract was in plain English and not legalese. He fixed the cause of our leak and even came in below his initial cost estimate. we are forever customers (though we hope to never have to call him again, haha). I highly recommend Eric/EB if you have any concerns about a potential leak. read more

My water bill increase suggested I had a leak somewhere but where was it? The sprinklers/irrigation, in the house, pipes under the concrete , the pool? My pool maintenance guy suggested I call Erick of EB Leak Detection. Erick squeezed me into his busy schedule and arrived exactly as promised. After running some hi tech tests he discovered it was the pool. I thought that he would leave since he found the leak. No, he still did a very thorough inspection of the rest of the property to see if there were any other problems......and there were. Leaking valves that my gardener missed, timer readjustment to save water, etc. He contacted my pool man to tell him what he found and gave me a quote for repair if the pool man could not repair it. Told me it didn't need replacement just repair. Erick is Very professional, personable and honest. I highly recommend him. read more

Simple an outstanding company to deal with. After two days of frustrated digging trying to find a leak in my home's main water line, I called in EB Leak Detection. My hat is off to Eric, the company's owner, who came out and detected where the leak originated. Additionally, a well done to Jordan and Rilyn who made the repairs all the while not laughing at the five by two foot trench I dug in my attempt to find the source of the leak. Bottom line, if you have a leak, call these guys. read more

Erik was incredible. 4 previous companies diagnosed our leak and gave us quotes with uncertain outcomes. Erik was upfront with every step in the process. Not only did he find two leaks but was able to do it in half the time of other companies. On top of fixing the problem his work comes with a year warranty. Highly recommend EB Leak Detection if you have any leak. read more

I highly recommend EB Leak Detection Service. I called on Saturday and Eric responded and set up an appointment for Monday Afternoon. I had a 50 ft. tree removed from front lawn and shortly after I had stump ground. Water started to seep in and thought maybe broke a line. He showed up promptly and did thorough test on all my main lines, irrigation, and pool tests. Everything checked out ok and we made a couple of adjustments and he called me back the next day to check in and has communicated everyday since. Eric has top notch equipment, is very knowledgeable, and personable. On top of that he guarantees his work for 30 days and gives you a full detailed report readout. Erik came out and was very professional. Performed a pressure test which confirmed a leak, and he was able to narrow it down to a hot water pipe and find the pipe in the wall, cut out the wall, and found the exact spot of the leak all within two hours. EB Leak Detection helped me with an old pool we got with our new house. We found them reliable, prompt, fairly priced but more than anything honest. At first I thought this company was a very legitimate company but once I realized that they are just out for money and don't really care about their customers I have to take that back. I recently moved to Fairoaks and I called upon this company because I was told there was a leak in my system from a pool guy and he came out said he detected the leak he was wrong his workers came out they were wrong then they dug three holes in my concrete with a jackhammer and then said they fix the problem but right after that my pool started draining which it did not do before and now I am in a battle with this person named Eric trying to get my money back or him to fix the problem I can literally put all the text that he sent about him saying he's done the job but how did my pool start leaking after he said he fixed the problem after the third time Sorry about my punctuation as I am talking to text but I highly highly recommend that nobody uses this company and I will be in a lawsuit with him read more

Major leak at main shut on/off valve for our house. We had San Juan water out to help us find a leak. Once located to a general area, I called three leak detection companies to pinpoint said leak and get quote to repair. This was on a Thursday and all three companies could not get to us to even pinpoint the leak until the following Wednesday at the earliest. And if it was raining, we'd have to reschedule. I called EB and Erik was able to fit us in later that day. Eric located the leak in 10 minutes and had quote prepared for me immediately. I scheduled right then and there to have leak repaired on Saturday. Eric was extremely professional and prompt. Excellent communication and I feel price was fair. Throughout the entire repair Eric would update me. He showed me the leak, the actual cracked pipe, why/how it cracked and how he would repair it. I saw the finished job before he repaired the cement. The patch job on my cement was perfect. The next day Eric sent me a detailed report and photos of the repair before and after. I I highly recommend EB Leak Detection. Efficient and trustworthy. Eric made a pretty significant problem a breeze to deal with. read more

We were having a problem with our spa partially draining overnight. We talked to our pool maintenance guy, and he was kind enough to ask one of his other clients who had a pool leak for the name of the company they had used as he knew that they had been very happy with the results. We were given the name of Erik at EB Leak Detection. Erik came out and did a thorough inspection of our connected spa, pool and waterfall. He found the leak and put in a temporary fix (like when you go to the dentist and get a temporary crown). He scheduled another employee to come out a few days later to do the full repair. It has been seven weeks and we haven't had any problems since. Thank you Erik! read more
