We had a terrible experience at Eat'n Park. There were only a few people in the restaurant, yet we still had to wait around 20 minutes before anyone even noticed us and got us seated. After that, things only got worse. We sat at our table for almost an hour and not a single person came over to ask if we wanted drinks, take our order, or even acknowledge us. Because we were completely ignored the entire time, I can't speak about the food at all. We never got that far. What I can say is that the service was horrible and the overall experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It's hard to understand how service could be that bad when the restaurant wasn't even busy. I would have posted photos with this review, but other than an empty table, there really wasn't much to take a picture of. After about an hour of being ignored, we finally gave up, left, and went to Perkins instead. read more

Stopped after church for the breakfast buffet. The food was all fresh on the buffet a wide selection from chicken to salad. All the breakfast favorites and soup. Being a serv yourself buffet the service was fast and the server was polite and attentive. It was what you would expect from eat n park clean and uncluttered. Went here for late lunch. Haven't been here in many years. We won't be back. Now I know why they've closed so many of these restaurants. . It was $13 for a salad bar that was crap. Very disappointing trip to Eat and Park today. After a long day at camp my daughter and her two friends wanted their usual kids meals with milk shakes from Eat and park so we headed there excited to get some food. We were greeted by Sandy at the front who was pleasant and asked us if we wanted a booth or table. I answered a booth and 3 kids menus. She gave me a look and said they don't look under 9. I replied they are 12 but we order from the kids menu multiple times a month. She turned to the employee next to her and started whispering that the kids are too old to order from it. I am not sure where the communication gap is but we are a regular group of customers who order from the kids menu for the kids every single time with no problem. Our regular waitress is also named Sandy too (but not the same one). She has always been wonderful with us. You have lost a regular group of customers today because of the behavior over a group of 12 year olds who wanted to be kids and enjoy their kids meals. read more

The wait staff here is always friendly, smiling and attentive. It's the food that stinks. This used to be my favorite restaurant. The salad bar is not good. It has a decent selection of items. It's the lack of freshness that is the problem. Lettuce should not be brown. Carrots should not have parts that are white. You should not see crusty on things that have been setting too long. And the salad bar used to be my favorite part. This used to be the place my husband and I would go to, just because it had good food and we could relax. The last time we were here, we both got sick. I don't think we will be back. Which is a shame because the prices aren't bad and they have a good variety of items on the menu. Their hot pot roast sandwich is very good as well as their potato soup. My partner likes the all day breakfast options. The waitresses are friendly and down to earth. The location isn't busy and has a much older customer base (think nursing home dining room feel), but that's okay. read more

Ate here with my Wife, and Brother yesterday, I had the Mushroom & Onion Burger, my Wife had the Bacon Cheeseburger, and my Brother had the Breakfast Combo. All of the food was very good, & delivered to our table warm. One note to be aware of is, when ordering a hamburger (possibly on other sandwiches) you must specify what you want on the burger (i.e. lettuce, tomato, onions, etc.). The Waitstaff were great. All were friendly, and attentive. The brought everything we asked for. We have been looking for a restaurant similar to Denny's, & Eat & Park was just what we needed. I've eaten here alot there was one close to me but it closed for good . Really good food waitstaff was amazing, very polite. Food deliveried warm and quickly. Would return if I could find one. I would suggest Bacon Cheeseburger Grilled Chicken Sandwich or the Angus Burger I would also suggest the grilled cheese sandwich read more

Thanks to the girls at eat and park Grandmas 97th birthday was a blast. They brought her a birthday treat and they came out to sing her a song. We asked her where she wanted to go on her birthday and this was the place she wanted to go. Pot roast sandwich is her all time favorite with the salad bar. It was really tender and mashed potatoes were good. I got the salad bar and a grilled chicken sandwich. Filled up on the salad bar and saving sandwich for later. Pretty good deal for a salad bar and sandwich 12 bucks can't be beat. read more

9-1-16 Along day of teaching brought to this safe haven of conservative cooking. Plus we could relax w then usually older crowd. Our waitress was slow, epically slow compared w the normal server forget her name. Our server also looked hurt which was a bit concerning for her own health. She was limping badly. Onto food my angus burger and fries were good. Small portions on fries but good. It also was supposed to be a combo that includes a drink. I swear half the time the make up the rules but anyway, it was a good burger. Jennifer's club looked like it was left out all day and then magically at the end of the day we made a club sandwich to give to the customer. Then we got dessert for something different and this is what she got. Well I guess I will have to post it another way it looked a grated apple pie in pieces and my Oreo Sunday was a disaster. It's your typical eatn park. Nothing to set this one apart from the rest of them. (They did have some art work from around town that's kinda cool) Good food at a reasonable price. Good salad bar. Clean place. They do have a wide collection of some of the worse waitress in town. Every time I'm there we always hope the serving staff has improved. Never does. Two reasons why I don't go there anymore. Service. Food. I never forgot being walked passed, ignored, for so long, that I actually got my phone out, called them and said l would like to make a take out order, all l wanted was hot soup. I told them l have been sitting patiently at the counter for 20 minutes and just got tired of the waiting game. My order came very fast along with an apology. The second time l dined in with friends, sadly had to pull over on the way to our destination to regurgitate dinner, which was fried something. So, that's my experience. Enough for me. Got the Superburger. Way too much mayonnaise when I thought it would have special sauce. Mom loved her mushroom Swiss burger though so that's why I give a three. Salad bar is decent. One kitchen worker was very rude to a nice waitress who was conversing with an older couple. She came right out and yelled at her that her order was up. Totally uncalled for in front of everyone. The waitresses are very nice. We almost always go twice a week. for 2 people we pay about 22 dollars. The recent remodel is nice.

Tonight our order was supposed to be ready at 7:45. We pulled into the drive thru, there were two other cars. We didn't get out food until 8:20. The guy at the window checked the order as they usually do. When we get home the appetizer had zucchini instead of mac and cheese bites and there was some type of rolls instead of garlic toast. Of course all the food was cold since it took so long to get through the drive thru. Even the cookie was smashed. It was laughable the place was so bad. read more
