If you're from Pennsylvania, you know Eat'n Park. Your parents and grandparents sure do. Basic, reliable and all that. And a decent salad & soup bar. This isn't Michelin Star. Not even Goodyear. So imagine my surprise when I ventured to ask about gluten free and yes. They have a lotta options. Breaded chicken, gluten free buns. Dedicated fryers...WHAT!!!!! The waitress knew it well and she as amazing. GREAT job. The food itself is as expected. And my meal ended with a return trip to the salad bar for one slice of cantaloupe, one slice of pineapple. And two watermelon wedges.

Price vs value? This place should be 10! The staff is great! Especially Matt. The food is always fresh and comes out fast. And the salad bar has a full time attendant. If you're visiting Indiana this is a must-try. (Try the pork rib eye if it's still available.)

Cheeseburger with Gluten-Free Bun and Crinkle-Cut French Fries that were oven baked to accommodate gluten free allergen precautions.

Very laid-back atmosphere, everyone was very friendly. I am gluten-free, so I got the gluten-free burger, and the bun was absolutely phenomenal. They made accommodations for me by baking my French fries instead of frying them in the oil with everything else. Which was very nice, and they made sure to put it as an allergy and were very kind. Deb was my waitress, and she was very friendly, and she definitely made the dining experience better by being cheerful!

I always have a good time at this restaurant! I've been going since I was a toddler, and I love how constant the quality and service has been for my entire life. The food is so tasty! The pretzel bites were perfectly baked with delicious mustard and cheese. I also love the super burger/salad bar combo! A classic. The desserts always hit the spot, no surprise there. And our waitress Candis was a delight! This was such a pleasant experience.

This is a 24 hour food service restaurant in Indiana, PA. It's been many years since I've been to this restaurant. Once seated, Deb our server took great care of us. Coffee came out quickly and our food order was given to her. The food was great, hot, and well delivered in a timely manner. Deb cam e by frequently and took care of the check before dealing with a large group that were seated in her area. Overall, a good visit for breakfast at this establishment.

Not bad for lunch, they have a decent salad bar and lots of typical diner options. Breakfast all day is always a bonus!

Maybe it was good at some point or, maybe we had a really off day, but our experience was pretty subpar. Our server seemed like she had no idea what was going on and that she didn't want to be there that day. At one point, another server brought something over and my daughter asked "is our server new" and the other server said no, she had been there several years. So there was no excuse for not knowing answers to basic questions on menu items. None of our food was bad, but none of it was great, either. Everything was just OK. Not much flavor and pretty generic. Things like pancakes that you think couldn't get screwed up were boring and flavorless. Our last hope was the "famous" pies that our server told us about several times. When we asked about what flavors they had that day, she said she had to check (which seemed odd after telling us about them several times). Then she had to go back and check the flavors again because she forgot them. We did end up trying boston cream pie and dutch apple pie and they were both OK, but not anything that I couldn't find somewhere else. Overall, really disappointed in basically everything about our visit here.

If you follow my reviews, you know I'm a fan of old-school diners, the classics, and honest home-cooked food. Summit hits all three marks, serving straightforward and delicious American standards since the 1960s. The three-egg omelet loaded with veggies and sausage was exactly the pre-ski power-up I needed. My son stuck with his go-to breakfast burrito, and my daughter went with the classic two eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Everything was spot on. The staff has just the right level of "WWA"--Waitresses With Attitude. They are perfectly polite, but they hold the line on proper behavior and will quickly put anyone in their place if they step out of line. It keeps the environment grounded and authentic. A few tips for your visit: * Seating: Expect to wait for a table in the lobby or outside during peak hours. * Payment: Bring your wallet--this is a cash-only establishment.

They staff is fast and friendly and the food doesn't disappoint. It's such a rare thing in this day and age to see an old diner so we love to go when we are visiting Somerset. We typically go for breakfast. The next time you're in the area it's definitely a must stop place to go. Give them a try and you may have to wait to be seated they also only accept cash as their only form of payment so come prepared, they do have a ATM in the waiting area.
