This was my Eataly. I kinda thought they were the same to my surprise they are not. Some have things others don't. This one had a fun, different layout. It curbs and it's in it's and out lol. It was a nice location. I like the big mural by the stairs. I had a tiramisu coffee at the other location in Palm Beach and I loved it. I was hoping to have it here again but they didn't have that option. I got a special summer drink which was refreshing. I had lunch here. I found it okay. It was good but not exceptional. Sauce was a little dry. I was hoping for a little zest or herbs in the dish. I wouldhad made a differencein flavors. The dish was nicely platted. Table service was slow. The staff was friendly. Eataly Aventura is such a unique experience! The space is massive, with an Italian marketplace and two restaurants all in one place super cool. We dined at La Pizza & La Pasta and absolutely loved the atmosphere--it genuinely felt like being transported to another country. The menu is entirely in Italian, so we definitely appreciated our server helping us navigate the options. The food was delicious. The Calamari Fritti e Zucchine appetizer was 10/10 and the beef skewer I ordered was amazing. While the portions were a bit small for the price, the quality of the food made up for it. My only "negative" is that the tables are packed very close together. We felt like we were dining with the people next to us and could hear their/our entire conversation. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return for the authentic atmosphere and excellent food. read more

This review is only for the market, the bakery, and the coffee shop. Eataly is located on the third floor of Aventura Mall. The place is big, with a restaurant, a bar, a bakery, gelato, and a market. Is modern and very nice and clean. Lots of selections to choose from! Love the fact that I was able to find Italian ricotta and bufala Mozzarella! As someone who can't eat American cheese or milk, it's great to get my hands on real Italian cheese! We also tried the strudel di mela and the cappuccino. Both were delicious!! This review is only for the restaurant and not the market. We stopped in for Sunday Lunch and opted to sit at the bar so we didn't have to wait in line for a table. The server at the bar was very nice, took our order got our drinks right away and was very patient with us while we sat and chatted. We both ordered the same, beet stuffed ravioli, it sounded amazing and different. We were excited about the filling and didn't mind the $26 price to try something different. Unfortunately they disappointed. The pasta was VERY hard at the edges, not even considered al dente, just undercooked. The filling had zero flavor. Ate at Pastaio and the food was very mediocre. The pasta was made in-house and made well, but the flavors fell short in all 3 of our dishes- lemon ricotta raviola, pasta nero, and the bolognese. Still a great place to stop by for some Italian goodies. The marketplace area is quite crowded so it could feel a little overwhelming. But even though there's a lot of people walking around, there really isn't a lot of people making purchases. So the line to order from the butcher is usually non existent. I've been able to walk up and place my order in less than a minute. Same with the cashier lines. They also offer self-checkout which really makes the purchasing process quick and easy. The quality of the products is amazing. This time they were giving samples of a Genovese Pesto and a jar came home with me. It's great! read more

Social media has this place so hyped up that I thought for sure there was no way we'd be able to even find parking at Aventura Mall with all the masses flocking to eat pasta from a parmesan wheel; pinky up! Reminds me of when FOA Scwartz first opened at Aventura back in the 90's. It was new, it was exciting, and people happily overspent just to say they had shopped there. Eataly is the new FOA Scwartz. We didn't eat here but we did buy some things from the grocery section. Average plate seems to start at around $30. Not gonna lie, some of the stuff they're selling I've seen before at Home Goods for a fraction of the price. However, there are a lot of cool things you can tell they specifically imported that would be hard to find elsewhere. Yes, I spent $9 on a pasta that promises to have actual truffle infused in it. I also got 2 bottles of extra virgin olive oil. One is from Sicily, the other from Southern Italy. Both were more than 50% off. Later on, I googled one of them and found out it was an award-winning olive oil that's hard to come by and I wish I had gotten another one of that for the price. So, it is possible to find good deals here. I also bought a container of parmesan rinds priced at $4 versus the regular parmesan that was selling at $10. Took it home, ground it up in the food processor, viola, saved myself 6 bucks instantly. I took a picture of this Italian percolator they were selling for $120 ....I'm guessing because of the design? You can go down to Sedanos and get one for $12 at most, we all had a good laugh at that. I'd definitely stop by if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Miami and the beach area has fabulous Italian eateries that in my mind are better priced. read more

We came to celebrate my dad birthday day. We didn't need a reservation and we were seated very quickly which is awesome. The waiter was very nice and helped us choose our drinks. Since most of the wines are from Italy or other places, they are not exactly what I'm used to ordering. He suggested a white wine that was very close to a Riesling. We orders to focaccia breads for the table since it was a lot of us. I was super surprised at the portion sizes. Very small. The waiter did bring me some balsamic vinegar and oil with salt and pepper. And it was delicious. Now to the food. I ordered the Alfredo that was prepared in the cheese wheel with a side of shrimp. It was delicious but yet again very small portion. My husband got the tiramisu pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious. But $25 for two pancakes either any sides was ridiculous . He's a big guy so I made him order another plate. Which he picked the pizza. It was pretty basic at best. But he was still hungry. I do give them props for having a bunch of mocktails. And they did change one he did not like. My brother and dad both ordered the bolognese and they were left a bit underwhelmed. The ambiance is beautiful l. But honestly I think the market place is the best part of the whole restaurant. I bought huge focaccia bread that was double the size of the one we had as an appetizer for the same price. I also got some garlic olive oil and a balsamic sauce. Which made at home goes a long way. I also have had their pistachio croissant and they are the best ones I've ever had. They unfortunately didn't have them this last time but the Baker made me a pistachio cannoli which was really good. The bill for the table came out to almost $600 for 7 adults and 1 child. So please be aware. This is not a cheap place to eat and the serving will be small. I know it's fresh but it was still very expensive. Eataly is such an authentic Italian restaurant. The ambiance here is a vibe. The Tiramisu pancakes were too good to be true. The shrimp Alfredo was fresh and the shrimp were huge. The cheese wheal iit was made in was such an experience. This also added an unparalleled taste to the dish. They also have a store where you can buy authentic gelato, italian meats, Italian noodles, cheeses, and wine. The service was impeccable. Dakota was amazing and made great suggestions. Stopped here for lunch after shopping at the mall. I first went to Eataly at the Prudential center in Boston, so I had very high hopes. However, this one fell a little short for me due to their lack of grab-and-go options. Not everyone has the time to sit down and have a meal, but want something quick when they're shopping. I was hoping for a build your own salad station, but settled for a slice of pizza. I also got a side salad in the fridge which wasn't too good. The pizza was marghertita and my friend had the bolognese-- both were pretty good.I wish they had more sandwich options as well. The market is pretty big where you can buy italian goods, but realistically who is going to buy groceries while they're at the mall. Service was friendly, the store was clean, and there was space to sit outside the restaurant to eat the pizza. read more

Stalinist an experience. From the moment you walk in, everything is stunning. So many things to take in, Italian olive oil, beauty products, cheese, fresh pasta, fresh cheese, desserts, candy, drinks and that's just the market. My family and I (family of 6) ventured to Aventura specifically to eat at the restaurant. It's about an hr drive for us as we are coming from West Kendall. The wait was reasonable. The hostess and manager were so nice. Once we sat down our waiter greeted us. He was definitely Italian. We were offered water and any help with the menu as many items are in Italian. Great service. We ordered dinner, had some nice wine, dinner was delicious, the crown jewel was the TIRAMISU!!! It was incredible. Everything is top notch. The service, the dining room, the experience. I will say it was pricey but worth the experience. I am not sure how often we will go because of the high price of dinner but we enjoyed it. I think next time we will try the sandwich/bakery a nice coffee and dessert of the outside seating area. All in all I am glad we went, experienced the market and restaurant at Eataly! read more

An Italian market with food, restaurants, goodies, and more inside Aventura mall. This location is located within Aventura mall at one of the ends on their second...?...third? floor. Although not as big as other Eataly in different cities, I think they did a good job considering the space that they had. When I first visited, it felt like I took a step into my previous trip to Italy based on the goodies they had for sale alone. I'm sure the prices are slightly different being on the more pricey side but it hit me with a lot of nostalgia. There are several restaurants, with pizza, pasta that they make right in front of you, and a whole section for wine. I had a fun time perusing the space and picking up goodies to buy and take home. From chocolate to really fresh and delicious prosciutto, you can find at least one thing you'd want to leave with here. I got to try out the pasta restaurant and loved that they had a pasta flight there. It was delicious. The prosciutto selection here is my absolute favorite and I will always grab a slice when I'm at the mall and about to head out. Overall, a really cute addition to Aventura! read more

I love the concept and all the authentic Italian cuisine and food at the store. It's located on the third floor on top of Nordstrom. It's hard to pass by and not want to enter. The inside is really big. There's a restaurant and a pasta sit down area to eat from. As well as a pizza and coffee/dessert area to choose from. Seating is limited inside but there are seats outside the store as well. We tried the pizza. We ordered three different slices of pizza, two sodas and a water. All of this was $40 with one of the pizza slices being $10 alone. The pizza was yummy but not worth the $10 and $9 per slice. The girls serving the pizzas were complaining about the hours they were working that day amongst other things. We then tried the coffee and dessert. They serve lavazza and serve handmade cannolis as well as other pastries. Coffee was great and so were the desserts. The staff making and serving the desserts were so Friendly. The store has everything you could want from Italy. From different cuts of meats, oils, pastas, wines, accessories for the home and desserts. The staff throughout the store were not the friendliest and not very welcoming. As impressive as this store is, it is very pricey. I Would come back again to try the pasta bar where the chefs prepare the pasta right in front of you. Overall, if you want try or buy authentic Italian food this is the store to come to. read more

I remember how blown away I was on every visit to the first NYC Eataly, in the Flatiron District (5th/23rd)... love that store as well as others. Boston is good and it's not one of the large ones. This location is small and not well laid out. Some great products... but doesn't have the "specialness" I feel at others... and just a sampling of each area. The ambiance of their Pizza and Pasta restaurant didn't impress... the counter there looked more comfortable. Some of the pricing is wild. Mortadella & Burrata slice of pizza $16.90 ($100 for a pie). It is always a true pleasure to visit Eataly. Every time we go, it feels like stepping into a little piece of Italy, no matter the country we're in. The quality of their products and ingredients is absolutely extraordinary, and the variety of wines and dishes is remarkable, showcasing flavors from the south to the north of Italy. We had the opportunity to enjoy a family lunch, and it was truly delightful. The seafood fritto was exquisite, perfectly crisp and beautifully prepared. The tuna with zucchini was delicious, and the focaccia was outstanding. We also ordered a pasta with sausage that was simply out of this world. Everything paired wonderfully with a lovely wine from their extensive selection, which offers options at every price point. The service was impeccable. We were fortunate to be attended by Candence, who was exceptionally polite, efficient, and attentive. Service was quick, professional, and very well executed. This review is for the restaurant, not the grocery store. Service is a huge detractor, but the food was decent. They have a lot of service issues to work out, like multiple confused employees who approached us (when we were sitting at the bar) and we weren't really sure who our server was and neither were they. We did finally manage to order with one of them. She was very abrasive and kind of rude and I didn't like the way she was treating the other younger employees. We ordered the meatballs as an appetizer and they were light and delicious. We also ordered a pizza which was sadly lacking in quantity of toppings. Essentially we ate cheese and crust and minuscule toppings. It was good, but would have been so much better with ample toppings. My wine was also good. Overall, avoid Eataly during peak times and definitely during weekends because it's a disorganized zoo, but do stop in during off peak to check them out. read more

Recently opened in Aventura mall on the 3rd Floor, I've been to the one in Boston, Chicago, and New York which I think are definitely bigger. But don't let the size deter you. While we waited for our restaurant reservation we walked around the Italian market with a lot of Italian food products from pasta, sauces, seasonings, wine, desserts, chocolates, pre-made Italian food, etc. Then we went to eat at the restaurant, the food was good. Bolognese was surprisingly really good! Everything was fresh and tasty. My husband had the steak ms potato's, and that was really good too - especially the potato's! They were perfectly crisp and so tasty! We had a canoli for dessert and was good. We went for gelato outside and that was yummy as well. Stopped at this food court in Aventura Mall to attempt to grab a bite to eat for lunch but, because it was so crowded, we weren't able. Even if we would have waited in the lines, there aren't enough tables. Anyways, we waited in the lines... We ordered a couple pastries at La Pasticceria. A tiramisu and an apple crumb. Ok, time to update my review. Today I ate a nice sized piece of bolognese pizza. Well, it ended up being two. The sauce was really tasty. The meat was awesome. I would definitely order this again. They have a nice selection of pizzas. My second choice was the much filled mushroom piece. They had a mortadella slice, margarita/roma tomato slice and several more. I tasted the mortadella sandwich and that was good. I had a bit of the sandwich and Mom had a bit of my slice. I ended up getting another slice of bolognese pizza because I wanted to see if I liked it first. If not, I would have ordered a mushroom piece. Nope, the bolognese pizza was so, so good. This place does get mobbed. I was walking around to buy some things from the market and I turned one way there was people and same thing when I turned the other way. It got overwhelming because it was like this all over the store. Anyway, I suggest going here early in the day to avoid the crowds. We were here early and did not eat. I was in town visiting & my friend highly recommended a visit to Eataly. The good: I loved the prosciutto pizza slice! Flavors were packed and the bread was perfectly crisp. Would definitely order again! The not-so-great: This place has potential to be great. I know it being Aventura Mall, it's going to be overcrowded. However, I witnessed two different people trying to navigate their wheelchair around the aisles and they were frustrated. The aisles are tight and the wheelchair users (stroller people too!) could not enjoy the full experience due to the tight corners. The wheelchair woman near the pizza section where I was had to have the help of me and two others to move things around in order to navigate out. Also, why is choosing $0 tip not an option? I tried on two separate occasions and the machine beeped. I asked the barista and he said it can't be zero. Absolutely ridiculous because all I did was buy a bottle of water. Would I come back? Eataly is a busy market with several options for fresh food to eat in or outside the market. There are only about six tables inside, so it can be tricky to find a table on a busy Saturday. I couldn't decide, so I went with the sandwich. It was a Mortadella with Straticiella cheese and some other things on it. The focaccia bread was so fresh and delicious with the herbs in it. I had Mortadella one other time and liked it. The sandwich was really good. They do not give anything with it. The size of the sandwich could have been larger. I was full but got home an hour later and decided to make a salad. The market was very crowded. I was happy to leave there. I bought some nice looking fruit and some pasta straight out of Italy. I also bought some pistachio biscuits that is out of this world. This place is definitely a treat. The escalator is working now. I heard it was not for a bit. read more

Eataly in Aventura is CHEF'S KISS!!! Literally. I love everything about it. This place is going to break my bank account. No, seriously though! Lol. Been to the Eataly in Vegas and NYC and I love the whole concept. Basically it's a gourmet food store that also offers different food stations spread out within Eataly where you order food at the stations and find a table to enjoy your good eats and drinks! They also offer two main restaurants in Eataly for sit down service, Il Pastaio and La Pizza & La Pasta. Although Eataly Aventura isn't as big as the other locations, it's still super spacious. And how big can you really expect it to be when it's located in a mall. Eataly just had their Grand Opening on June 12th. We were going to check out the Grand Opening event but decided to wait until things died down a bit. Went on a Wednesday around 12pm and it was the perfect time. Chill and no chaos. Went on this Eataly adventure with my Yelp bestie, Shula R. We made reservations on OpenTable for La Pizza & La Pasta with no issues. I would recommend making reservations for the restaurants as it got very busy by the time our reservation rolled around at 12:45pm. On a weekday! Eataly offers a variety of gourmet items. A cook's dream spot to shop. Not gonna lie, it is pricey but you are paying for high end quality items. Worth it if this is your jam. It's my jam. Lol. Aka BROKE!!! They have a huge selection of wine, olive oil, pasta, almond butter, treats, chocolate, cookies, bread, flowers, produce, prepared meals, frozen seafood, bulk candy, sauces and MORE!!! It was so nice strolling through Eataly just to appreciate everything they had. I love the food stations which include bakery/coffee, pizza, pasta, meats, cheeses. Sigh. Heaven. Caters to whatever you're in the mood for. Everything is made fresh to order. There is seating in front of the pasta/pizza station and also outside of Eataly by the escalator. Plenty of seating. They did a fabulous job on Eataly in Aventura Mall. This is my favorite mall so I will stop by Eataly every chance I get. FYI: Eataly in West Palm Beach coming soon at the end of 2025. Been looking for the ultimate best gelato ever since I was in Italy last year. So I decided to try some at Eataly. Let's start with how much I love the Italian market concept at Eataly. There are plenty of fresh pasta, cured meats, pizza, italian desserts, flower shop and everything pistachio. Finally ordered some gelato small cup of pistachio the cup looked more like kiddie size cup for $7.50. Was disappointed with the texture and flavor. Not as smooth and was way too sugary for my taste. Guess the hunt for the perfect gelato continues. Forgot to take a photo of the gelato had to move out of the way the place was a bit intense too many people ordering and crowded. I can't comment on the food since I only tried the gelato. Overall the place is clean, organized and the concept is great. read more

Do I really need to explain how I am an Italian food aficionado, how Italian food is my default? The other day my ladyfriend with similar culinary tastes mentioned Eataly opened a Miami (well, Aventura) outpost so she and I just had to check it out. For the uninitiated, Eataly is a combination cooking school, Italian supermarket, and restaurant. Given that I started dabbling in the kitchen, for that alone it was worth checking out. When we went on Saturday night, the classroom part was already closed. The marketplace was packed, but just from walking around there is pretty much a very wide selection of cheese wheels, wine, and different types of pasta. Since my ladyfriend and I were looking for a place to go for dinner, we went to sit down at one oh the different restaurant spaces. Given that it had just opened, we were able to just get a spot at the bar. We started with a meatball appetizer (5/5) that was perfectly juicy and well sauced along with the bread. For the main, we decided to share their "Salsiciotta" pizza. This delight was a that started with a nice spread of San Marzano tomato sauce & topped with mozzarella, sweet sausage and Basil. We also asked them to put the muscles only half of the pie. We shared some slices which were pretty tasty and along with a traditional meat pie, we ended up with plenty of takeout. Given my sweet tooth, I did enjoy a few bites of their wild berry pannacotta with the rest to go. My friend enjoyed her Pinot Grigio, and I ordered my usual glass of Moscato. I did have to knock a half star for since it was a little dry for my taste. As it were, at first I thought they served us the same wine. Service was pleasant, if for a few opening day "hiccups" like my wine and a little waiting to be served.
