4/1/25 I just had the worse tuna wrap I ever had. There was The smells amount of tuna on the stove you don't taste when it's made. I question the server about it and she confirmed with another person that this is half the container. Maybe they're bringing less tuna per container but enough $6.99 with the long line wait. Asked the guy at the deli if they had a mustard packet back there for one of the pre made sandwiches. He said no. Pretty obvious lie. Easier to just get a sub at the station even if it's near close. I feel bad about having them make a sub as everything is being put away but if I can't get mustard that's the only other option. read more

This Publix has become more expensive than Whole Foods with way inferior produce. I am happy they are getting good competition. Go to Whole Foods for your produce and groceries. Soooo much better. Soon you'll be getting a Aldi as well. read more

We have frequented this Publix for over 10 years and out of the four Publix's within the vicinity, I tend to make a trip here more than other ones. The employees there have grown to recognize us and are always very kind and greet us. This Publix has much more than other Publix's in terms of variety and it's always pleasant to walk in and see a "buy one get one free" or a nice sale. They recently have had many sales on organic fruits, which is excellent during this time. If something is not available they will always give a rain check and if you need to return something, you speak with a manager, provide your receipt and obviously within reason you will get your money back. I really enjoy the café that they have. You can always get a cafe con leche and a tasty pastry or Jamaican patty. Kathy at the cafe there is awesome. She already knows me and knows exactly what I'm going to get - super friendly and very attentive. Ed the manager is also great, a people person and a good asset to your company. Hi I just moved to Aventura's flordia and went shopping in Aventura Fl The people in my complex and my daughter in law all said I can walk with my little Bichon in publicx I had my dog in a case in my card the mgr told me I can't not shop in the store w my dog ! Now that I live a little too north to enjoy shopping at Publix, I make it a point to visit one whenever I'm down south. The chain is known for cleanliness and freshness but, this location was especially pleasant. The deli staffer and cashier were so friendly and energetic. First time visiting Publix, nice supermarket. Has an elevator to access the shop. You can also take stairs instead of elevator. It has a parking garage. Some products are more more higher-priced than I thought, and some other products are really cheap. Spacious and has a lot of selections. Overall, it's a great shop. read more

If you're a black instacart shopper, avoid this store at all cost! They only like white and Hispanics. EVEN the black employees are just there to fill a quota and statistically hired. Take the batch and shop Sunny Isle or 18995 Publix. Me and 3 other BLACK MALE shoppers stopped working with this store due to harassments. This is the most super bougie publix style there is. In the newish development behind the mall near Truist bank and some upscale exercise storefronts. There's plenty of fast elevators to take you from garage (yep there's parking underneath) or stairs to the upper floor. It's a city size store, but really well maintained and the lines are fast. There is a nice seating area for the cafe as well. read more

I have been to the promised land, and the promised land serves Publix subs. As a youth visiting my grandparents, we would often stop by Publix for our provisions and a sub. Whenever I am back in Florida, I celebrate my return as the prodigal son with a pilgrimage to Publix. On this occasion, the sub was a full 12 inches of meaty and delicious goodness. I always opt for the Italian. I took the sub back to the hotel, and enjoyed it by the pool, basking in both the Miami sun and the culinary delight around which I had my hands wrapped. My mouth opened wide, my jaw straining at its limit, I took bite after bite, the dressing dripping down my chin to my bare sun kissed chest, shredded lettuce flying about. I cared not, because I dove straight into the pool when I finished, leaving the glistening water with the sheen of Italian dressing. I've visited this location regularly for the past 3 years and each time is amazing. Today in particular was spectacular. Every employee I came in contact with greeted me, asked if I needed help and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Is there really anything better than a Publix sub? The correct answer is no. This rating is purely for the sub. The grocery store itself is meh. You have to take an elevator up to the store which is a complete nuisance. The grocery store itself gets 2 stars. But back to the sub. It's amazing. And a must when visiting Florida. I don't usually post reviews of large chain grocery stores but after yesterdays experience I felt it was necessary. I shop here regularly and by far it is the cleanest most organized store going. Their butcher shop is second to none as far as fresh cut meats ETC. & they are always helpful in cutting something else if it is not on the shelves and they have it available. What set them apart yesterday was on Tuesday I had gone in and purchased a $39.00 item along with the balance of my groceries. When I got home the $39.99 item was missing from my bags and I know it was bagged Separately from everything else. I looked in the car and in the garbage thinking I had discarded it but no luck. I assumed the bagger left it on the check out area so I returned there yesterday. Spoke to customer service counter than the manager who took my receipt. 5 Minutes later she came back with a video of me checking out and the item WAS INDEED put in my basket and only thing that could have happened was I left it in the cart when I went to the garage. I was pretty embarrassed and apologized for wasting their time as obviously it was no fault of theirs. Here is the kicker... she hands me the $39.99 item and says thanks for being a loyal customer. EVERY store no matter what type should aspire to this type of customer service. It was not their fault, yet this small act of will keep me a Publix shopper forever. BRAVO! read more

After a workout I ran in here to grab a sub real quick.. it was my first time ever going in this location ... it's actually a very pleasant location compared to others. And I'll be damned! Haha the way they trained those employees was something else!! I literally was greeted/acknowledged by EACH & EVERY one I came to visual contact with, NEAR or FAR... i am nottt playin!!lol I felt like I was in a freakin rom-com movie .. literally everyone was soo happy and smiling ... kind of trippy tbh- I was in and out, but it looked extremely cleaned from the looks of it and I guess they opened a new liquor store downstairs (?)... the lady wanted to inform me on... also upon arrival I saw a cafe??inside .... haven't seen that in many years ... very nice location - you can tell that customer service though is trained superb! read more

It's like they took every nasty, rude person in Aventura and mixed them with a bunch of dirt bags. This place should be nuked. Try any of the other 5 markets within 1 mile. One amusing element to this Publix is the people eating in the produce area, I believe they are confusing the market with a restaurant, or maybe they think it isn't stealing if you ingest the evidence. BONUS TIME, check out will take 2 to 3 times longer than usual due to coupon abuse. Unless of course you are behind someone that feels a coupon is the start of a negotiation, at which point it will take 5 times longer to get out. Unfortunately for Publix this place is a dud because of the patrons. read more

This publix is very old and it's time for some renovations. The check out time is good though. Nice staff. Right by my house and very convenient. I'm not sure why but their plum tomatoes are always in bad condition and sometimes I'd rather go else where I am a big tomatoes buyer and I hope they'll start bringing good ones pretty soon. read more

Last time I ordered from the deli was about two weeks ago for the turkey cranberry holiday sub and with all the amazing ingredients they used a dry probably more than 1 day old. I was upset but didn't think leaving a review was necessary. Today I ordered the same foot long sub with all the fixings and again the bread was so dry and flaking that it cut the roof of my mouth! Why would someone waste bacon, turkey, smoked Gruyere cheese plus all the veggies on something that clearly is no longer edible! I work in the mall so I'm beyond upset that the closet Publix to me has no sense of direction. They just yell "sorry for the wait thank you for your patience." When I have gone at lunch time to pick up something to eat during my break the lines to pay are long. there is only one express lane open and it is packed with people. During the noon to about 3 pm it is a high traffic time in the store and there are just not enough check out lanes open. read more
