I am not a huge seafood guy, but I must say this place is really good. I had the fried shrimp combo for 16$ and it was worth it. The food was well seasoned . I would recommend you bring cash instead of paying with a debt or credit card, if you do bring a debit or credit card bring your I.D. Because they will check. The dessert menu was subpar and they do not have fountain drinks just soda. They also have a BBQ truck outside the restaurant. The BBQ wasn't so great but the Mac&Cheese is fantastic!

Medium platter: snow crab legs, shrimps, potatoes, corn, and eggs covered in garlic butter!

We were in search of a black owned business to support while visiting Orlando and Eat and Wash did not disappoint. The medium platter was more than enough for us and the couple we were traveling with. The snow crab clusters were meaty and well seasoned. We requested an extra side of garlic butter to make sure we had enough flavor but it was not needed. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend Eat and Wash for your seafood needs while in Orlando. It was raining so we didn't get a chance to get our car washed but we enjoyed the food!

Please understand what you are getting into. This is not fine dining, its basically a foid truck/carwash yhats been fasioned out of a utility shed. Thats not a put down, just thw facts. Go for the food, which is hot, fresh and tasty, not the decor

This place is absolutely amazing! We had the medium platter and it was more than the three of us could eat - but everything was perfectly cooked and the sauce and spice was amazing . Everyone was super friendly and nice. And it was one of the best car washes I've had - $20 was a great deal.

Man this place is by far one of the best seafood spots I have ever been the food is on point this is the place to come

The business never got back to me regarding the missing item from my order, so I am knocking off a star for lack of response.

The seafood boil came with generous portions, and the crab legs had plenty of meat, so it definitely felt worth ordering. What really stood out was the seasoning. The Cajun butter sauce coated everything perfectly, and the corn, potatoes, and other sides soaked up all the flavor. Sometimes the sides feel like an afterthought at seafood boil places, but here they were just as enjoyable as the seafood itself. Overall, this was a great surprise. The food was flavorful, the portions were satisfying, and the service was warm and attentive. If you're in the Orlando area and craving a seafood boil, it's definitely worth making the short drive, even though it's not in one of the main tourist dining districts.

However, the portion was so small and the price was so expensive for that little tiny experience. I was very disappointed at the portion sizes and how much we had to pay. We got two soups one lobster roll and one quesadilla and spent over $87 plus tips ended up being over $90 total. We get home and open up what we bought and we're like -- Why did we spend almost $100 on something like this when we could've gone to a restaurant and had a better experience elsewhere and could have gotten lobster with sides and the full dining experience? As delicious as it was -- it was definitely not worth spending that much money on a food truck experience that was take home food. If I didn't eat the soup, I would've still been hungry after eating the very small lobster roll that look like a hotdog roll but smaller. For this reason is why I'm only giving them only a 3 star rating because it's not the food quality or taste that failed, because they really do have fresh lobster and it really has good flavor, but I have eaten at places like Nauti Lobster in Apopka Florida that is just as good but have better portions for the price. - Extremely disappointed - never again

I had to heat it up, but we were only a short drive from the truck. But overall, I have been impressed by the rolls each time I have had them.

When we got there, there were no available tables but they were able to slot us into the schedule and we were able to wait at Noir, the attached speakeasy. The staff is friendly and attentive and Noir had Thai inspired flavored drinks which was fun. Important to note, the drinks menu at Noir is different from the drinks menu at Talay. We almost made the mistake of not ordering at Noir because we were told our table was ready before we decided on drinks. We got the Salmon Choe Nam Pla to start and that was very delicious - the salmon tasted very fresh and the flavor was great. We were very sad when we finished this dish because we wish there was more. We also had the Tod Mun Goong as a starter which is little shrimp cakes and those were fun but not as impressive as some of the other dishes. Then we got the Pla Nueng Ma Now, a Chilean seabass as well as the Goong Ma Kam which is was shrimp with tamarind sauce. Both dishes were very good and had a really nice flavor. I think out of the two, the shrimp was better as the sea bass was a little thick and the flavor didn't soak through all of it. This was such a good meal and I wish I was a little wealthier so I could try more of the menu, there were so many options we were debating between and it was very difficult to narrow it down to three.

I ordered the Shrimp & Grits for my entrée and the Seasonal Bread Pudding for dessert, and overall, I really enjoyed my meal. The shrimp were juicy and flavorful, and the sausage was SO good! Every component worked so well together, and the dish was extremely filling. I was definitely satisfied! I would have given the restaurant 5 stars, yet the bread pudding was a bit of a letdown for me. The texture was much denser than what I'm used to, so it wasn't quite my favorite. And y'all... the portion of ice cream that came with it was laughable! It was basically half a scoop of ice cream sitting next to this HUGE piece of bread pudding. I definitely needed more ice cream to balance it out! Nevertheless, dinner was great and I'd absolutely recommend The Stubborn Mule. The shrimp & grits alone are worth trying, especially if you're looking for a flavorful and filling dish!

I have been coming here for years now. I would alway try other all you can eat hotpot places in…read moreOrlando but this is definitely the one to beat and the one I keep coming back to. We came here first simply because the cheaper weekday lunch special, but man oh man do the flavors keep me coming back. First off their broths are amazing. You can mix your broths and they are not just flavored water either, you literally get all the herbs and spices poured into your bowl to keep those flavors strong. If you like spice I usually do half curry and half the szechuan broths. They have a bar style to serve the food and the sauces/toppings so no waiting for anything. They even have the noodles on a little track that goes around the seats which is so fun just to grab. In addition to the hot pot menu. They have an extra charge appetizers "extra selections (made when ordered)" menu that contains a hidden gem of this place. The wings!!! All of them are cooked amazingly with a juicy inside but a flavorful crunchy outside. If you do choose this option I would love to give a shout out to the Juicy 2.0 flavor. The last food thing I love about this place is the dessert. They have an ice cream cooler, but not no normal vanilla or chocolate ice cream cups. They have that ice cream selection they you probably remember getting out of an ice cream freezer in the gas station. ice cream sandwiches, those crunchy-on-the-outside popsicle and normal popsicle too. I can always only speak to the staff that received us, but everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. They were happy to explain the various broths and the different menu items especially when it came to the appetizer menu. I said it at the beginning, price-wise this place I'd say is comparable or better. If you are iffy on trying this place as your next hotpot adventure, coming here during the cheaper weekday lunch time is a no brainer with a price that is arguably hard to beat. If you're eating at the normal price, I would still say this place is going to give the best bang for your buck if you are looking for some high quality warm belly feels.
