The facilities are immaculate, the security is top-notch, and the prices are totally reasonable. The customer service is also really great and the owner will help find you the best unit for the best price. Nothing beats a family-run, local business. They run lots of deals too. We'll probably move my boyfriend's stuff out here sometime in the near future, but at least for now we know it's super safe.

So I've never had a problem with anything freezing, no matter what the winter weather was. This storage facility is fairly new (and expanding) so the buildings are clean and in very good shape. Now that it is time to move the contents of my units to another state, I am renting the U-Haul truck from them as well.
