Great food, nicely decorated, quick & friendly service. Offers both indoor & outdoor options. Beverage options are plenty to choose from & really good. Offers both booster & high chairs for kids but nothing for to keep them busy so bring stuff to entertain them. Ube pancakes are a must try! Shrimp & grits were super greasy. Fried chicken sandwich had good flavor and meat to bread ratio. The sautéed veggies was properly seasoned & cooked and healthier options of the sides.
I attended the Girls Night Out event at Easy Like Sunday with a few friends. We had a ball! There was a drink (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) and entree and dessert included with the ticket purchase. You were also able to order additional drinks. I selected the braised beef ribs with mashed potatoes and veggies. It came out in a decent amount of time. While it could have been a little hotter, it was still good. Some at the table had the shrimp and grits and they enjoyed theirs as well. Of the dessert options, I opted for the tiramisu but the chocolate mousse pie was much better. Our waitress did a great job of taking care of us. Overall it was a great experience and lots of fun. I look forward to the next one.
Easy Like Sunday is easily my favorite brunch spot in the Triad. We've been a few times and everything has been consistently good. The Ube pancakes are my favorite....seriously, so good! Great food, chill atmosphere, and just an all-around solid brunch spot. Definitely one of our regulars!

My work team came here as a farewell breakfast. Approaching the building, the outside looked very welcoming, the aesthetics the table settings the window feature features. Everything was phenomenal.. when we walked in we were kindly greeted provided a table for us at a short notice with a group of 10 in our party. Our waitress was amazing. Her name is Asia and we spoke to her manager to provide excellent feedback on her hospitality, her great service and her attention to detail. I'm not sure who the cooks were in the back however they did an amazing job. Everyone at our table raved about their food. The temperature of their food. The sized portions of the plates were amazing. The coffees lattes cappuccinos the coffees. Everything that we received was amazing. We can't say anything bad about it So if you haven't done so already go check out "Easy Like Sunday" in Greensboro, North Carolina you will not regret it!
We recently visited Easy Like Sunday while filming our Summer in the City series, and overall had a really enjoyable brunch experience. We arrived early for our reservation, but there was still a wait to be seated, followed by another wait for our food after ordering. While that wasn't ideal, I appreciated that the staff recognized the delay and surprised us with complimentary mimosas, which showed they cared about the guest experience. Our table ordered the Little Bit of Everything with both bacon and sausage, churro pancakes with bacon, classic mimosas, and a peach lavender mimosa. The standout of the meal was definitely the churro pancakes. They were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and something I'd absolutely order again. Everything else was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully plated. The service throughout our visit was friendly, and despite the wait, we left satisfied and would return to try more of the menu. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend allowing yourself a little extra time--especially on busy weekends--but the food made the visit worthwhile.
My search was for a brunch on Mother's Day and I saw Easy Like Sunday so that's what I opted to try. What a great find! First off, ELS met my coffee needs. They offer a wide array of espresso based drinks. I had a classic latte while my wife had a matcha latte. The matcha is real powder based and not a pre-fab mix. She enjoyed it a great deal substituting the vanilla with simple sugar. My latte had a nice punch. The base coffee was bold. For food, we both ordered different takes on hash. Mine was a braised short rib hash while my wife had the vegan hash although she added a single egg on top. Each was incredibly unique. My short rib hash had a crème fraiche drizzle that complemented the tender chunks of meat and potatoes that were perfect, slightly crisp. The vegan hash was topped with a citrus lime aoli that blended very well with the onions, mushrooms, avacado and those yummy potatoes. The quality and flavor of our food was tremendous. Service was great as well. Add Easy Like Sunday to your breakfast, brunch or lunch list. Well worth it!
This is such a cute place! Very nicely decorated. Very clean. Good spacing. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Service was amazing! Our server was Savannah. She was very attentive, gave great recommendations and was quick to respond when needed. The food is good! Had the fried chicken sandwich with seasoned fries and a passion fruit mimosa. The sandwich was really good! My only issue was that the fries were very heavily seasoned so it made them hard to eat but they were crispy on the outside and soft on the I side just like I like them. The mimosa was okay, nice presentation but not sure it was worth $10. My friend had the shrimp and grits and loved it!! Overall a good visit and there are items on the menu that I want to try so I will definitely be back. Not to mention great service!
We've eaten at Easy Like Sunday in Charlotte a few times and really enjoyed it, so we were excited to see one open in Greensboro. We were greeted upon entering the restaurant and sat quickly on a Sunday morning for brunch. We were able to miss the church crowd getting there around noon. We ordered an iced coffee and the vanilla lavender drink. The iced coffee was really good. The shrimp and grits is something that we always get here has great flavor. The shrimp are cooked great and seasoned really well. The grits are smooth and more southern style versus North Carolina Milford grits, which we are not fans of. The short rib hash was a little short on meat, lol but the flavors were absolutely delicious. The potatoes had a good amount of spice to them with some heat and getting my eggs, sunny side up was key. Side of bacon had a great amount of crisp without being overcooked, and the Ube pancakes are always a hit. Something we always have to add on the side. The sauce that comes with them is deliciously sweet and taste more like icing for a cake dessert. Place is definitely worth visiting. The food is consistently good and so is the service.

With a spacious interior and ample indoor/outdoor seating, we were quickly greeted and seated. The waitress was incredibly friendly and recommended the Ube pancakes, a side of cheese grits, and the breakfast burger. The food came out quickly, was hot and fresh, and had large portions. A full stack includes four pancakes while a half stack comes with two. The burger patty was huge and came out well-seasoned. The spicy candied bacon took the dish to the next level, as did the fresh, in-house-cut French fries, which came out hot, crispy, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt and pepper.
This location has only been open for a few days. I attended a private event here. The owner was personable and very accommodating. Because it was a private event, I didnt have a chance to try options from the menu. The ambiance inside is clean, cozy and inviting. The seating outside patio area is heated and felt good on a chilly evening. I will be returning soon to try their brunch.
This was the best cold food breakfast food I have had in a long time! It started out as a rough experience but it eventually got better. The restaurant is small but the atmosphere is nice. I loved how we were served water as soon as we sat down. While we were waiting to order, there was some sort of air freshener scent that came out the vents and had the whole restaurant coughing to the point they had to open the doors to let some fresh air in. The waitress we had was nice but she didn't seem to quite know how to use her ordering device but she eventually figured it out. It took about 45 mins for us to receive our food. Even though it was cold, it still had great flavor. If I was to go back it would definitely be for the variety of mimosas.

This is such a homey breakfast spot if you want to take a morning to relax and treat yourself. All the staff is extremely friendly and the service is great! The pancake was a star of the show, but I genuinely enjoyed all of my food. I would certainly come back here for breakfast and to get a little bit of work done. read more

This was my first time visiting Easy Like Sunday. It's super cute with covered patio seating so it's definitely doable during the summer months. We opted for indoor seating. It's seat yourself and smaller so depending on when you go, seating fills up fast. The staff were very friendly but super busy. They were still attentive and seemed like everyone works together to help things run smoothly. Our server suggested the Shrimp and Grits and it was great! The grits were perfectly seasoned and creamy, the seasoning was the right amount of spice without being overwhelming and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. I feel that the portion size was small for the price but it was well balanced. My drink left much to be desired-it was gin based but I couldn't taste it and the drink description was much different than what I tasted. It was sweeter than I'd like. I'd maybe try something easier like a mimosa for next time. All in all a cute spot for brunch. read more

Fast friendly service + hot delicious food = great breakfast spot. Visited over the weekend right before closing so no wait. But I can tell it gets busy. Beautiful cozy clean space with plenty of parking. I ordered the ube pancakes, eggs, bacon and cheese grits. It was the little bit of everything meal. All the food was hot and delicious except for the eggs. Just bland and a bit overcooked. The ube pancakes were a great new take on pancakes and they came with an ube syrup...delightful!! I also liked the cheese grits. They were thick and cheesy. I will definitely return to try some of the other delicious sounding items on the menu. Inside the restaurant is clean bright has a homey feel that isn't crowded with stuff. There are plenty of tables and outdoor seating that's gonna be amazing to dine in when it's warm enough. Our server greeted us immediately, made sure we had enough drink the whole time, and was great at giving recommendations we might like. The food was amazing. It tasted fresh flavorful and not too over the top. My eggs were cooked perfectly. The homestyle potatoes were by far some of the best I've ever had. The menu have so many wonderful choices. Also, Saturday morning is complementary mimosas. Which were also tasty. It was too hard for me to decide. While I was there, it was so good. I started planning my next outing to the Place. First, I recommend coming first thing in the morning if you choose to dine on the weekend. It can get crazy busy around the afternoon. The bestie and I showed up around 10:30am on Monday and there were only 2 other tables taken. Cool. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits, and my God was it amazing. The grits were so buttery and creamy, and the seasoning from the shrimp was amazing. I never had any like That before, and shrimp+grits, along with chicken and waffles, are my main breakfast/brunch orders anywhere I go. I also tried (and devoured) my friend's Ube pancakes. They were sweet without it being overwhelming. It was very well made. Can't eat everyone's pancake because most spots serve them heavy or the texture feels like it's under cooked. The syrup and blueberries served alongside were very good as well. Our server was super sweet and very accommodating. Very chill spot. We sat and chatted away without worry. They also have plenty of outdoor seating as well. I can't even imagine how full it will be as the weather evens out. read more

We were able to sneak on a Sunday when it wasn't very busy. We were seated immediately. My husband and I shared a combo and upgraded to the Ube pancakes and we also got a side of veggies that we topped on our eggs. The ube pancakes were delicious! If you don't like too sweet but do have a craving for a just a little bit of sweetness, these pancakes are perfect; the sauce comes on the side too so you can decide how much you want on it. They also had a bit on crunch on the edges of the pancakes which I actually love because I am normally a waffle gal. I will be going back purely for those pancakes. It was a very clean modern space with a large roll-up door as the front. The space is tiny though so I can see how it would fill up quickly and required a long wait. The prices in my opinion were high given that we still paid a decent amount event though we shared food, so that is the primary reason for it being a 4 and not a 5. read more

So we were in Greensboro before an appointment and had time to spare, and decided to eat at this quant restaurant. We've eaten at their location in Charlotte and had been waiting to try this location being that it's closer to home. I ordered the Sweet Potato Waffle along with the cheesy grits. My daughter had the Fried Chicken sandwich which she said was good, but the potatoes were just "eh". My food wasn't hot when it was brought to our table, which was disappointing. I feel the waffle could've been better had it been hot or at least warm. The cheesy grits had a good flavor to them, they just weren't hot as grits usually are. Our waitress was Asia and she was really sweet and friendly. The aesthetic of the place is pretty and the music that is being played sets the tone. I'd go back, in hopes that my food would be hot and better than my first time there. I would recommend this place to others. read more

As I'm eating a few bites, I see something oozing on the bottom layer. The bottom pancake was raw. The batter was coming out. About that time, the server checked on us. She brought me a separate plate to put the rest is my food on while another pancake was made. I ended up taking the rest to go. I eventually finished the 1st pancake but not the 2nd. I might be inclined to try it again and try another dish. read more

Food was amazing! My gf had the churro pancakes and I kept stealing her food. I had the strawberry stuffed french toast it comes with a little too much topping. The seating area is a bit smushed and the tables always wobble, the servers are really nice though. Overall not a bad experience id come back again!! read more
